Wouldn’t stay here again. There are so many others to choose from for the price range. The more you know
Pros:

In the heart of ximending close to blue and red lines!
Bed was comfortable

Room 1- no ac only one bedside plug working changed rooms

Room 2 - bathroom light doesn’t work on switch by bathroom door-only works next to the entry door,
There is mold around the sink in the caulk
The hot water on the sink dribbles out and makes a rattling noise when you put it on hot-and it’s only warm
Shower has only warm water. Not hot. Mold in the caulking in the shower.
But at least we have AC THAT WORKS!

SO LOUD! THE WALLS ARE SO THIN YOU COULD HEAR THE NEIGHBORS PACK THEIR BAG EARLY IN THE MORNING AND ROLL IT OUT THE DOOR!!!
You could hear sirens on the street even though you don’t have windows in your room

3rd day - housekeeping came and there were new towels dropped off, but the bed was not made
And they did not empty the trash for two days

4th day- no new towels but the bed was made

1. 위치가 넘사임 시먼딩 역이랑도 가깝고 식당 카페 기념품샵 드럭스토어 까르푸 다 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 체력거지들 밥먹고 숙소에서 쉬다가 기념품 잔뜩사고 숙소 들러서 놔두고 가면 좋음
특히 숙소 1층건물에 POYA라고 다이소와 올리브영 중간정도 되는 건물 있어서 세면도구 필요한거 양말 속옷 급하게 필요한거 제발 여기서 사세요(까르푸 가서 사도 되긴 함) 코스메드 왓슨스보다 쌈
2. 24시 데스크 상주(한다고 했음) 담당 선생님들 한국어도 좀 하시고 친절하시고 서비스측면에서도 굿
3. 숙소에 무료 세탁기/건조기 사용가능한데 이게 진짜 개꿀임 짐 많은거 싫어서 잠옷이랑 여벌옷 하나만 챙겨왔는데 모기기피제 냄새랑 땀 때문에 찝찝해서 두번은 못입을 옷 세탁기가 여러번 살려줬습니다 덕분에 옷 자주 갈아입었습니다
4. 세면도구는 샴푸 린스 바디워시 핸드워시 드라이기 양치컵까지만 있으니 (((치약 칫솔 클렌징폼 샤워타올)) 이정도는 챙겨오거나 1층 포야가서 사면됨 ㅇㅇ
5. 다이닝룸? 있어서 근처에서 음식 과일 포장 후 숙소에서 먹을때 편함 방에서 음식 먹으면 냄새나고 뒷정리 귀찮고 그런데 걍 식탁에서 먹고 방 들어가면 깔끔함 수저랑 식기도 있고 퐁퐁도 있음 포장문화가 잘 되어있어서 자리 협소하다 싶으면 걍 싸와서 숙소에서 먹음
6. 드라이기 풍량 좋습니다 다만 냉풍은 안나옴
7. 안내 데스크 앞에 저울있어요 체크아웃전에 거기서 무게 맞춰 짐정리하면 됨 체크아웃 하고서도 짐 맡아놓을 수 있음
8. 대리구매?랑 투어도 해주신다는데 방에 안내문 붙어있는거만 보고 이용은 안함
솔직히 이 가성비에 이 위치에 서비스면 대추천 다음에도 재방문 할 예정

1. 창문 없음 그래서 아침에 잘 못일어날 수 있음 밖에 비오는지 보려면 1층 가거나 세탁실 창문으로 봐야댐
2. 신발장이랑 옷장이 따로 없음 근데 바닥에 짐 깔아놓기 찝찝해서 큰 비닐이나 종이 깔고 짐 놔둠
3. 청결은 애매... 엄청 더러운 건 아닌데 룸 클리닝 이후로도 바닥에 머리카락 있었음 걸레로 닦아주셨는데도ㅠ 물기와 머리카락이 공존 근데 어차피 슬리퍼 신고 입식생활해서 ㄱㅊ 다행히 벌레는 안보였어요
4. 잘못걸리면 새벽에 돌아다니는 외국인이 복도에서 떠드는 소리 다 들림 그건 물론 그 사람들의 문제겠지만 암튼 복도에서 시끄럽게 하는거 방음 안 됨 짐싼다고 옆방에서 벽 치면 쿵쿵 소리는 들리는데 말소리는 잘 모르겠음 (조용한 사람이었을수도?)

The hotel staff is very friendly. Help me book local cab to airport.

So impressive!
Pros:

Staff also was excellent, they replied to me quickly and give a good information for my consideration.
The place cleaned and look really good!!
Overall, i liked it!

Cons:

I booked room with window, it also has but cannot see anything cuz in the middle of building and opened shortly. If someone does not like, may not like it. And some smell from toilet a bit for me.

隔音真的太不好了，影響睡眠，下次不考慮住了

服務人員服務很棒

Cons:

1.隔音不佳，把其他的好都扣完了
2.清潔可以再稍加強，馬桶座墊後方、房間部份有灰塵
3.浴室設計不佳，洗澡水會淹出來，導致整間浴室地板都是濕的
