Qualidade geral e boa localização
Pros:

O apartamento estava bem cuidado, era espaçoso e muito confortável. A cama era grande e confortável, e a pequena cozinha tinha tudo o necessário para fazer boas refeições. O staff que me recebeu foi simpático e esteve sempre disponível para ajudar.

Cons:

Apenas aponto o preço como algo que não gostei; achei que o preço para duas noites foi muito elevado para a qualidade apresentada. Na cozinha poderiam ter, não só temperos básicos, mas também azeite.

Struttura pulita e ben attrezzata in un bel quartiere residenziale vicino alla stazione brignole. 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza De Ferrari.Host cordiale e molto disponibile. Grazie dell'ospitalità.

Pratique pour visiter Gênes
Pros:

Grand studio bien placé dans un quartier calme bien desservi par les bus. Parking très appréciable dans la cour de l’immeuble. Supermarché juste en face.

Cons:

Équipement minimaliste (pas de grille pain, pas de micro-onde, …)

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait , il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité mais le centre ville est facilement accessible à pieds. Nous avons mis 15/20min.
le parking privé est très appréciable ! Logement propre et spacieux.
Je recommande à 100%, l’hôte est également très sympathique :) .

Cons:

Proche de la route , donc bruit du trafic (on a pas l’habitude vivant en campagne)

Pros:

l.appartamento è davvero molto accogliente, il parcheggio privato in struttura è un vantaggio enorme.....e per quanto ci riguarda, senza problemi a camminare, in una ventina di minuti sei in centro, nei caruggi, oppure al mare, noi a piedi siamo arrivati a boccadasse...bellissimo

Sehr nette Besitzer Familie.
Tolle Lage in der Stadt .
Nicht weit vom Meer also von der Promenade.
Bis zur Altstadt sind wir spazieren gegangen zurück aber mit einem Taxi bis zum Hotel 9 € Top.
Wir kommen wieder .

Loft agradável.
Pros:

Quarto muito funcional. Bom tamanho para 3 camas ( confortáveis). Limpo. Banheiro otimo. Com estacionamento. Sr que nos atendeu muito cordial. Ficamos apenas 01 noite, mas vale muito ficar mais tempo.

Das 4er-Familienzimmer würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Super Lage. Wir hatten ein top 4er-Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir Tipps zur Umgebung und zu den Ausflugszielen - inklusive einer Landkarte.
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
