We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Galata Tower and surrounded by many good restaurants.
The hotel itself is modern, with new and very comfortable facilities. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, without exception — from the housekeeping staff and waiters to the front desk team and the staff who helped us with recommendations and tips about the city. We felt very welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast was also excellent and is served on the rooftop, which has a wonderful view over the Golden Horn.
Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.
The room was fully modernized, with excellent bathroom facilities, although it could have been a little more spacious. That said, when visiting Istanbul you spend most of your time exploring the city and basically use the room to sleep, so for us it really wasn’t a big deal.

Rien ! Si j’ai juste un petit commentaire à rajouter : je n’avais pas de peignoir dans ma chambre. Ce serait juste le petit plus à rajouter. Mais sinon tout était parfait !
Everything- rooms were lovely and breakfast was amazing. The staff were great- especially Ozge, Esme, Ismail and Sabri! They couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay even better. Thank you all. We would recommend to anyone.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα,το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό ,μας εξυπηρέτησαν με ευγένεια. Ιδικά η Hilel ο Ismail και Emre πολύ πρόθυμοι σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Το ξενοδοχείο εχει πολύ καλό πρωινό με καταπληκτική θέα .

The hotel room was clean and well pointed
Room 401 view to a construction site , no warning from hotel prior booking , loud drilling and banging for the whole booking from 7.45am until 5.30pm every day workers next to the window almost staring in curtains constantly drawn, paid for balcony that we could not use , dust and dirt when you open the window !!!
I am very disappointed that the hotel or booking.com had no warning , if we knew then we would never booked !!!
Only compensation was to move us on the last day we were leaving early next morning, still waiting for the GM to speak to me and offer compensation?
El personal muy atento y amable, la habitación muy bonita y limpia. La cama super confortable. Nos empacaron el desayuno porque teníamos el vuelo super temprano.
Hay que tener cuidado en el restaurante porque te llevan varias entredas qué crees que son cortesía y luego las cobran. Eso nos nos gustó.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room was immaculate and clean every day. The pool and spa facilities were excellent - very clean and felt very private. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul as it is right next to Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. Overall, this was an incredible stay. Thank you to the staff for such great hospitality.
Nothing, everything was perfect
The room was excellent with a wonderful view. Daily cleaning. Breakfast was really nice and tasty, with variety of food. The staff were smiling, polite, and eager to help. Emre, Veysel, and Bursa (I hope I am writing her name correctly) were fantastic. Also, Burcu helped us tremendously from the very beginning of the booking with everything we needed. The spa was perfect! If you ever find yourself there, you must try the Turkish bath! A unique experience. Uti, the therapist, was exceptional at her job and extremely polite!
The food at the restaurant was nice, but only Turkish cuisine. They could perhaps explain what each dish includes for those unfamiliar with Turkish cuisine! Also, the airport transfer to and from the hotel could be priced a bit better.
