The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Menai Bridge is a beautiful place!
I went down for breakfast at 7am and even then the bacon/mushroom/tomatoes seemed not to have been cooked fresh, which was a bit odd!

We thought the price to stay was what you would expect for this hotel.
We did how ever think bar prices quite high, we chose not to eat there as price very high compared with other places in the area, so ate breakfast, lunch,and dinner out.
The renovation since new ownership is incredible. Beautiful dining room and out door space.
There was no air conditioning in rooms as advertised. The service was very poor apart from the guys on the bar. There was no reception staff and breakfast staff were incompetent and unhelpful. Cleaning staff were also rude. Gardening has gone to pot and overgrown bushes almost cover the view of the Menai now.
Had a room with a balcony with amazing views over the Menai Strait. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of hot water for showers. Coffee bags in the room. Same views from the dining room. Food was excellent.

We were in a room for disabled which had a wet room. Unfortunately the sink was very small. The position of the soap dispensers and the tap meant there was very little room to wash your face in the sink

Le lieu est charmant. La chambre est confortable.
Les finitions et la propreté est à revoir: joints de douches noirs, traces de café sur les murs… Les portes sont très lourdes et donc bruillantes. L’hôtel est aussi un pub donc très bruillant jusqu’à 11h30 le soir.
Room 8 had glorious views over the Menai strait and had a terrace.
The gardens were immaculately kept and a pleasure to sit in.
