Zimmerausstattung in Ordnung, Auftreten des Personals und Sauberkeit mangelhaft.
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad sehr gross und mit Balkon (Superior) Schönes Hotel mit Pub und Aussenanlage.

Cons:

Minimalistisches Buffet, lieblos angerichtet, Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber, Tische klebrig. Das Auftreten des Personals (Kleidung) war schmudlig und nicht im Verhältnis zum Gesamtbild des Hotels. So haben wir dort nur gefrühstückt.

Cons:

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast options.
I Enjoy a continental style breakfast. But limited choice here. No bran, fibre or muesli type cereals, not even weetabix. Very little fruit, no cheese etc. No different milk types

Great location. Stunning building. But restaurant poor.
Pros:

The actual building and style was amazing.

Cons:

The restaurant was very disappointing. Poor food quality and the service needs attention. Specials were not special at all.

Cons:

The disabled access room was filthy shower room dirty. Door handle on cupboard missing. Lampshade had hole in it. Paintwork on walls had spillages and dirty marks on it. Very dusty and full of cobwebs in corners. Very disappointing. Booked 2 nights stayed 1 night.

Perfect for a small group of friends

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Menai Bridge is a beautiful place!

Cons:

I went down for breakfast at 7am and even then the bacon/mushroom/tomatoes seemed not to have been cooked fresh, which was a bit odd!
