Reported Emergency Exit Stairs blocked with Washing bags. It was cleared immediately.

Excellent location, lovely large room with balcony and seating area and stunning view Large bathroom with walk in shower and comfy bed.
Could be quite noisy from pub and garden at times but as a family/dog friendly pub that is to be expected and the noise stopped at 11pm.
The breakfast was great, lovely location and great views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Our room was by the kitchen and the bathroom smelt of stale food. The room needs reading lights. The door handle into the bathroom was broken so the door was difficult to open.
Easily accessible, pretty building, great view over the menai from our room, comfortable big bed, clean room. Great base for exploring Anglesey but not a lot to do in the town itself.
Poor breakfast in both choice and quality.
Door closers on some rooms on top floor obviously didn't work.
Could hear every movement at night from staff quarters above us.

Stairs, shame no lift but understandable due to age of building

Geen goed restaurant, zo ook het ontbijt is ons niet bevallen.
Spacious room with balcony with a lovely views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of items.

Very clean rooms, lovely staff, classy looking hotel
Ordered dinner 45 minutes before service finished and it was very dissapointing, chicken dried out, tough, same partners fish, we stayed there 12 months ago and was a major reason in staying again as food was excellent then
Big room sizes (we booked a family room and a kingsize room), lovely decor. Fantastic bar, restaurant and beer garden - with beautiful views, lots of seating available on a hot day in August.
No air con (heatwave weather) - a fan was available in each room though.
