Waren das neunte Mal im Hotel und immer zufrieden. Nur heuer gab es wirklich einiges auszusetzen. Es wäre wirklich schad

Die Lage, das große Pool und die Frühstücksterrasse sind super!

Cons:

Beim Empfang ist der Herr nicht unbedingt freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Damen dagegen sind sehr nett. Und am ärgsten, was das Personal betrifft, war der Kellner beim Frühstück, der nicht nur unfreundlich sondern auch einfach nicht in der Lage war, einen Tisch vollständig abzuräumen und neu zu decken. Erst nach 3xigem Aufmerksammachen war der Tisch endlich leer, dann kam die Herausforderung diesen abzuwischen und neu zu decken. Und zu guter letzt hat der Typ gehustet und einen dicken Schleimpfropf neben den Gästen über den Zaun gespuckt. Ich konnte es kaum fassen. Das nächste sind die unzähligen lockeren Fliesen am Weg zur Casa Rosa. Was das große Schwimmbad betrifft, war das Wasser heuer sehr grünlich und der Schwimmbadboden hatte große dunkle Flecken. Wir sind deshalb lieber ins Meer gegangen bevor wir noch eine Ohrenentzündung bekommen oder sonst was. Ich denke, durch die ständige Hitze heuer war die Wasserqualität nicht mehr gut. Im Bereich der Liegen waren unzählige Holzbretter kaputt und man musste sehr gut aufpassen, nicht in ein Loch zu sinken und deshalb zu stürzen. Für Leute, die etwas schwerer gehen, nicht empfehlenswert.

Na splošno je bilo vse odlično, vendar bi bilo po mojem mnenju treba nekatere očitne stvari pravočasno popraviti, da ne bi ustvarjali vtisa zanemarjenosti – na primer obnoviti ploščice na tleh ob dostopu do stavbe Casa Rosa, ki so že postale neenakomerne, se majejo, so se na nekaterih mestih odlepile in ležijo po tleh, pri čemer gostom grozi nevarnost poškodb v temnem delu dneva

Super je bilo.
Pros:

Bilo je lepo, hotel je malo odmaknjen od glavne ceste, kar je super, bolj umirjeno, osebje prijazno, sobe lepe in čiste, hrana dobra in raznolika, se še vrnemo.

Cons:

Edino to, da se ob prihodu s sodelavko nisva mogli takoj prijaviti, saj mislim, da kljub temu, če na destinacijo prispeš prej, to ne bi smela biti ovira.
