Struttura situata a pochi passi dal lungomare di Portorose, in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città e raggiungere il mare. Camera accogliente e colazione davvero molto varia e abbondante, con un’ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati.

Cons:

Il parcheggio ha un costo di 25 € al giorno e avremmo apprezzato almeno una tariffa agevolata per gli ospiti della struttura. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non ci è sembrato del tutto adeguato: alcune aree esterne avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione (ad esempio le piastrelle sconnesse), il cestino della nostra camera non era stato svuotato al nostro arrivo e la presenza della moquette non è stata particolarmente gradita.

Cons:

Zimmer war mit Teppich ausgestattet und es waren viele mit Hunden da,auch wir hatten im Teppich noch Hundehaare vorgefunden,obwohl ich geschrieben gabe bitte kein Zimmer mit Teppich,da meine Tochter Allergien hat. Das Frühstück war sehr ok,aber das Abendessen für ein 5Stern im Metropol( man musste über Treppen runter zum Metropol gehen) war sehr einfach und zum Teil verkocht.

Szép szállodás gyönyörű kilátással
Pros:

- Jó környék, közvetlenül érhető a sétány. A lakosztály tágas volt és tiszta, a WIFI jól működött.
- A vacsora változatos, minőségi és bőséges volt (talán csak a desszertek voltak gyengébbek)
- Belső medence és a fenti medence gyönyörű fekvése és kilátás.
- 2 nagy tengerparti medence sok napozóággyal
- Kedves és segítőkész személyzet

Pros:

Wir haben für zwei Nächte eine Suite mit Meerblick gebucht und dafür 705 € bezahlt. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Der Check-in erfolgt im Remisens Hotel Metropol. Um anschließend mit einem Kinderwagen zum Hotel Casa ROSA zu gelangen, muss man jedoch einen großen Umweg machen: zuerst mit dem Aufzug nach unten, dann ein Stück zu Fuß, anschließend wieder mit dem Aufzug nach oben und erneut ein Stück laufen. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einem Kinderwagen ist das sehr umständlich, da es keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel gibt.

Die gebuchte Suite mit Meerblick befand sich im 1. Stock. Der Meerblick war jedoch nur sehr eingeschränkt, da mehrere Gebäude die Sicht verdeckten.

Im Zimmer erwartete uns eine unangenehme Überraschung: Mitten im Raum lag eine Matratze bzw. ein Teil eines Sofas ohne Füße auf dem Boden. Einen Tisch oder Stühle gab es überhaupt nicht. In einer Ecke stand lediglich ein weiteres Sofateil, dessen Zweck unklar war. Für eine Suite in dieser Preisklasse war die Ausstattung sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer gab es lediglich einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher – das war die gesamte Ausstattung.

Ich hatte bereits vor unserer Anreise und auch vor Ort mehrmals um ein Babybett gebeten. Uns wurde jedes Mal versprochen, dass es gebracht wird. Leider wurde das Babybett während unseres gesamten zweitägigen Aufenthalts nie geliefert.

Der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels war eindeutig die Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer wurde sehr gründlich gereinigt, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und auch die Bettwäsche war sauber und frisch. Das Personal war höflich und korrekt, jedoch wurde unsere Bitte um ein Babybett trotz mehrfacher Zusage leider nicht erfüllt.

Insgesamt entspricht dieses Zimmer keinesfalls einer Suite, insbesondere nicht für den Preis von 705 €. Im Vergleich zum Remisens Hotel Metropol liegen hier wirklich Welten dazwischen.

Unsere Bewertung: 5 von 10 Punkten.

Pros:

Room was nice and clean and good breakfast although we had to leave early so couldn’t properly experience it. Nice views over sea from our room.

Cons:

Looked very dated and old from outside and grounds not well kept, pool is huge but over a road so not somewhere you can just pop down to. It did have plenty of beds though.
