Pros:

L'emplacement est au top, en plein centre du vieux HANOI et à 2 pas du lac. Le personnel est adorable. La chambre et ses équipements sont très bien. Le déjeuner est varié et excellent, avec des jus de fruits frais.

Great property with amazing staff!
Pros:

We loved everything about this property! It was stylish, clean, and a great location! The staff went above and beyond. There was always someone to open the front door with a warm welcome. Someone was also helping with the elevator. And the staff at breakfast were absolutely wonderful! All the staff were excellent!

Staff were amazing as well as the service, great location, clean and comfortable rooms

Cons:

there was construction work all day for the 3 days we were there. It was really noisy in our room and we were only told about it after checking in and paying and being shown to our room. Our room also had a leaking toilet. They offered a free airport taxi as an apology for the week after when we were coming back which we messaged to ask for. They didn't reply until a whole day later when it was already too late. I think maybe we were just unlucky with timings and if there wasn't construction work and we had a different room would have been a great hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay – couldn’t recommend more highly!
We had such a wonderful experience staying at Du Lộc Boutique Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional.
The staff were truly outstanding – incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made such a difference to our stay.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. It really felt like a boutique, high-quality experience.
The food was another highlight – fresh, flavourful, and consistently delicious. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, with plenty of options and excellent quality.
Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The combination of beautiful interiors, fantastic service, and great food made it a standout stay.

Pros:

Le personnel est au petits soins.
Lors de notre premier séjour nous n'avons eu le lit supplémentaire que le lendemain de notre arrivée.
Pour notre deuxième séjour, le lit était déjà installé et prêt sans qu'on ait a le rappeler. un personnel vraiment au top !

Cons:

Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit au sous-sol, et dans notre chambre nous n'avions pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur.

働いている方達はいつも笑顔で向かい入れてくれて、こちらも笑顔になりました。質問にもすぐに答えてくれて、ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ムーカンチャイから帰ってきて洗濯しましたが洗濯物をかけるものが何にもかかったのは残念。シャワー室に洗濯物かける紐（伸びるもの）があったら良かったかな。
朝食美味しかったですがジュースは冷蔵庫に入っていたけれどフレシュジュースが飲めなかったのは残念
