Do NOT stay here!
Pros:

If you want to stay in the old town (NOT recommended), this location is OK.

Cons:

Room was extremely small and VERY dated. ZERO power outlets near the bed (bad for charging phones and alarm clocks). The TV was about 24" and super old. Wires were hanging out of the back of the TV. They also had a sign that they would NOT assist with any Taxis unless it was JUST to the airport. All the restaurants in the area were tourist traps and poor quality with high prices. Hotel seemed small and dingy. The shower was also TINY and only had a handheld shower head that would NOT stay in place. Bathroom counter was also TINY and not very functional.

Un accueil formidable, très bon emplacement et terrasse agréable
Pros:

Le personnel, notamment Dindar, dont la maîtrise du français est exceptionnel, nous a accueilli très chaleureusement chaque jour.
Vue très agréable du petit déjeuner et emplacement parfait. Tres calme.

Cons:

La climatisation a été un peu capricieuse : on a un peu galéré à obtenir la bonne température.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is located in a nice and quiet area, far enough from the tram line so that you are not disturbed by any noise.

The staff were impeccable, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance.

We also really enjoyed the surrounding area, which has its own unique charm. There are restaurants nearby, as well as convenient public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city.

Fantastic location with great staff!
Pros:

Excellent staff, particularly Ismail and Neuman. They really made tge effort to make your stay and experience in Istanbul as memorable as possible.

Cons:

Very little. Room could have been a little bigger to accommodate luggage, but with such a fantastic location and staff this not a major issue.

Pedí habitaciones superiores y nos dieron dos de las tres habitaciones en una especie de sótano por debajo de la calle, con poca ventilación.

The hotel is situated in the city center but far from the noise and chaos of the city which makes our stay perfect. It is spotless and all the staff are brilliant especially Ismail who was hospitable and went above and beyond in his role. I will definitely recommend it to everyone coming to Istanbul.

Tolle Lage, Frühstück und Rooftop waren super. Das hervorragende Personal hat den Aufenthalt komplett gemacht😀

Der Rezeptionist war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden nach jedem Ausflug freundlich mit einem Tee empfangen. Auch bei einer Tischreservierung hat er uns mit seinen ausgezeichneten Deutschkenntnissen geholfen
