Hospitality was excellent and made you feel welcome. Perfect location.
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful and kind. Location was superb only 5 mins walk to blue mosque etc.. Quiet area. Bathroom was large and shower was great.

Cons:

Rooms are very small and only small wardrobe. No drawers to put clothes. Breakfast was good but when busy had to wait for more food and tables to be cleaned.

Wonderful stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Despite my inaccurate booking, the extremely friendly staff, accommodate us for 3 nights.
Excellent location within walking distance of main attractions and 1 min away from tram stop
The helpful staff advised us on places to see, tram routes and the best places to exchange money.
We enjoyed the complimentary apple tree until our departure

Fijn centraal gelegen verblijf in Istanbul.

De locatie.

Cons:

Bereikbaarheid van de receptie. Ligt niet op begane grond, maar met een trap naar beneden te bereiken.

Pros:

Hotel is situated only a few minutes from some of the most popular sights in the city but in a quiet street. The staff was extremely friendly and helped to give us tips about places to visit. Free tea available daily and breakfast was very good. Everywhere was clean.

W samym sercu starego Stanbułu z wysoką jakością obsługi i w otoczeniu wielu knajpek.
Pros:

Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. smaczne śniadanie w przytulnej jadalni. Niewielki taras z cudownym widokiem. Blisko starego miasta.

przydałyby się troszkę większe łóżka i okno w każdym pokoju

В целом я доволен, для меня было важно расположение отеля.
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, неплохой вид с террасы, все достопримечательности рядом. Вежливый персонал, готовы всё разъяснить и помочь. Немаловажно что здесь довольно тихо, нет ощущения того, что ты в самом центре города.

Cons:

Неплохо было бы обновить ванную комнату.

El personal es excelente tanto en recepción como la chica que te sirve el desayuno ..Es una alegría entrar y que te traten como si fueras de allí ,y se acuerden de nosotras con tanta gente como pasa ..Un trato de diez

Es un gran hotel ,pero deberían invertir un poquito más en renovar ..Hay cosas que están ya muy deterioradas,y eso les puede restar ..Nuestra dicha por ejemplo perdía agua ,el mueble del baño estaba muy deteriorado y de la humedad bufado ,da muy mala imagen
La sala del desayuno con esas vistas a la mezquita azul ,es una pena que todo el aluminio que lo cierra esté tan dejado .Es un gran hotel ,pero en esto cuatro años que hemos estado alojadas a ido a peor ..
