Hidden gem, we’ll be back.

Fabulous place to stay, great atmosphere and very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast lady was a bit frosty and as that was the last point of contact before we checked out was a bit dissapointing. Other staff fab.

Lovely village stay
Pros:

Really lovely place with lots of period character. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean with good facilities. Nice breakfast too.

Cons:

The location is a challenge to get to if arriving late evening by train. Nearest station is Long Buckby and trying to get an uber was a nightmare and "local" taxi firm took a while. Its a very picturesque location but geared to access by car so worth bearing that in mind.

Quiet and lovely!
Pros:

We‘ve come back several times and just love this little gem – absolutely worth it, it‘s so lovely, the breakfast is very nice and the location is gorgeous. I can really recommend taking a stroll through the village. We had sunday roast as well, which was 10/10! Would come back again and again!

Wi-fi kept losing signal. Extractor fan noisy for 15 minutes after using the shower room
