Pros:

Location,cleanliness

Cons:

The lady at reception wasn’t very friendly or pro active,eating most of the time,never welcomed or farewelled guests.I’ve stayed here many times and is the first time that a staff member has been like this.Not suited for hospitality,quite grumpy lady.

Location very good for old town exploration. Close to pier that goes to koh lanta, phi phi, krabi. Good accommodation.

Very good stay. Very polite and supportive staff. They helped us with so many things.

OK stay, but next time would choose something else.

Great location, close to the Old Town

Cons:

Aircon was super loud so that even with earbuds I couldn't sleep.

The sockets were very loose all over the room, so to charge anything you had to build a tower to hold the adapter steady.

Early check in costs extra.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location right in the Old Town. It’s clean, and if you’re planning a stopover between Phuket and Phuket Old Town, followed by a trip from Rassada Pier to the islands, this is a great option.

If you're staying through Sunday, I recommend checking out the street food market, which is held in the Old Town every Sunday!

Cons:

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but that's okay—there are plenty of places nearby where you can enjoy a good breakfast.
