The guards were very welcoming. Only one staff member named Che was really approachable.
This hotel is old and poorly maintained. They are also understaffed. The front desk people are the same people cleaning up the rooms. The guard was also the bellhop. The rooms given to us were very dusty and dirty. The bathrooms had molds and cavities. The linens were not fresh. We saw baby cockroaches everywhere and spider webs too. It was disappointing.

Almost every thing..
- the room has plenty of small cockroaches crawling onto the beds and table
- using a used dirty linens which still has a smell
- no water
- no utensils
- no glasses
- the fridge is dirty
- the toilet is defective
- just had one pillow and untidy
- only one staff on duty
- the tv has only one channel
- the hotel only require cash payments
- no food available to order
I can’t even recommend this hotel as it has a very poor service.
