Pool hours
Got violated in their facility and when we complained they didn’t resolved it professionally.
The location and breakfast buffet
The room was too small for us
Friendly staff and respond rt away to any complaints.
Slow WiFi , dirty bathroom, small rooms
Feels safe and comfortable. The staff is so welcoming.
The water in our washroom (in bidet and toilet) smells.
I liked the overall property, it’s clean and has nice facilities.
Nothing
The staff are nice, place is good.
None
The property is in a great location, and the staff are exceptionally helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the dining area is truly impressive—both clean and aesthetically pleasing. The food was also very good.
The room experience fell short. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor, likely coming from the water. We had to let the faucets run for a while to get rid of the initial smell. The hair dryer wasn’t working, the towels looked worn and could definitely use replacing, and the remote control was noticeably dirty.
Very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
Electrical issue in our room but staff are good in accommodating us.
