Pros:

The location and the place.

Cons:

The bedsheets had female hair. I assume they provided unwashed sheets. No room service. The manager provided toiletries to us, and not kept or sent to the room. The AC unit was broken, and the furniture inside looked sober. The manager was also asking me to provide a Google review in front of him, which I denied.

Good location

Coordinated with Mr. Sriram before checking in & he was prompt & courteous.

Cons:

Exhaust fan was not working - complained to front desk, but no one corrected it till checking out.

Bed mattress was provided with plastic sheet & covered with a bed spread. When asked to remove the plastic sheet, there was no commitment.

Facility can be better maintained as the washroom door was cracked.

Good but they should improve customer service
Pros:

Location some rooms r clean. Bed and bath.

They don't allow early check-in even when rooms are not full. This is not customer satisfaction.

Near to the world trade centre.

Cons:

The area was quite dusty , mattresses still had plastic , no proper flowing water after midnight , the guy serving breakfast banged your door at 8 am , I was called 3 times to check out on the day I was leaving.
