Ok
Pros:

Issue with backup generator, no clean towels,the shower did not work in the room and the water flow had issues in my bathroom

Good location

Coordinated with Mr. Sriram before checking in & he was prompt & courteous.

Cons:

Exhaust fan was not working - complained to front desk, but no one corrected it till checking out.

Bed mattress was provided with plastic sheet & covered with a bed spread. When asked to remove the plastic sheet, there was no commitment.

Facility can be better maintained as the washroom door was cracked.

The area was quite dusty , mattresses still had plastic , no proper flowing water after midnight , the guy serving breakfast banged your door at 8 am , I was called 3 times to check out on the day I was leaving.

Superb
Pros:

I did not avail Breakfast and the location is in a prime place in metropolitan city of Chennai. Easy accessible with greater connectivity and nearby to Airport.

Cons:

Though Chennai has a very humid climate the Hotel is surrounded by trees and plants which gives a shady and cool temperature.
