Pros:

position quite close to the old city walls, like 20 mins walk. it's a hotel without staff, with a few floors and 2-3 rooms per floor. Everyhting went smooth, the automatic check-in, the checkout. the rooms are new and nice, the street of the hotel is quiet at night and there are some fruit shops and supermarkets nearby that are very useful.

Cons:

the room was a bit small for 4 persons, but we only stayed there one night on our way to Albania. In the late evening we could ont find parking very easily in the street of the hotel, so we had to do a bit of rounds before finding one spot (not too far). But during the afternoon instead it was much easier to find a parking sopt.

Quiet neighborhood close to the city center.
Pros:

The staff was always ready and willing to help. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was okay.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient. Also this apartment and bathroom cleaning seemed a little bit rushed.
