Muy limpio, la Atencion Del personal fue excelente, queda súper cerca de todo, d Ela quinta avenida de los buses.
Bonito alojamiento en Playa de Carmen, bien ubicado y con habitaciones amplias. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia.

La limpieza y cercanía a la playa.
Las camas eran muy incómodas,la nevera hacía mucho ruido el aire acondicionado no funcionaba(aunque nos cambiaron a una habitación que sí funcionaba pero las camas eran también incómodas y la nevera ruidosa,el baño se tapo tuvieron que destaparlo y me picaron bichos.
La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable muchas gracias a Jesús por estar atento a nuestras inquietudes

The gentleman on reception was fantastic - friendly, helpful and gave us lots of great information on the facilities at the hotel and tips on local places to eat - we took him up on his recommendation. The hotel was so picturesque and friends/family loved seeing our photos here. The hotel is within 10 mins walking distance of the ADO bus station, a huge Walmart, and Plaza Las Perlas which was the 'downtown Playa del Carmen' pick up point for our Xcaret and Chichen Itza tours. The hotel and neighbourhood had a very peaceful vibe but we found many fun bars within 5- 10 min walk including a karaoke night We booked the upgraded Superior King Room and were assigned a lovely room with shutters opening up into a view of the inner courtyard and pool from a floor up which felt like an absolute dream. Good aircon system in the room. We were able to store our luggage all day in the storage room by reception and collect it in the night after Xcaret. We had quite a complicated itinerary and only had 1 night at this hotel but next time I would love to book a longer stay. We would love to try the pool one evening as we saw others doing and can't wait to return! Photos taken at night as we arrived in the evening.

Desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa. Todo el personal es encantador: los recepcionistas, las chicas de la limpieza, el chico de mantenimiento… todos siempre atentos, amables y con una sonrisa.
El hotel tiene un encanto especial, parece una auténtica hacienda mexicana, llena de flores, plantas y rincones preciosos donde incluso puedes encontrarte animalitos que hacen el lugar aún más mágico.
La limpieza impecable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el ambiente tranquilo hicieron que pasáramos una semana excepcional.
Y algo que agradecimos muchísimo fue el trato humano que tuvieron con nosotros el último día. Aunque debíamos dejar la habitación a las 12 y nuestro vuelo salía a las 9 de la noche, nos permitieron ducharnos antes de irnos y nos ofrecieron toallas y jabones sin ningún coste adicional. Ese tipo de detalles marcan la diferencia.
Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien cuidados. Sin duda, volveríamos una y mil veces. 🌺🇲🇽

Hôtel familial, très près du centre. Il est immergé dans les arbres et au calme. Hôtel très coloré et représentatif du Mexique. Personnel aimable et souriant. Chambre et salle de bain nettoyées tous les jours jours ainsi que changement du linge tous les les jours. Lit king size Très cosy agréable

La cercanía con la Quinta Avenida, hacíamos todo caminando. Hay un Walmart y la estación de buses ADO a pocas cuadras.
A pesar de que había que salir del hotel para desayunar,.el desayuno (a una cuadra) era muy contundente.
Por mencionar algo, diría que la habitación es poco moderna, aunque le da un estilo clásico y tiene todo lo necesario.
La ubicación, lo cómodo de la habitación, la disposición del personal. Se descansaba muy bien. La piscina parece chica, pero es muy disfrutable.
Le faltaba algún detalle en al habitación , como la presencia de alguna silla, algún vaso , plato o cubierto, mas teniendo en cuenta que disponía de una mesada especial para ello.
El personal resolvió ágilmente los temas, pero no parecía estar previsto
Locatie fijn, dichtbij strand en nog wat meer authentiek om je heen. Zwembad ook prima (let op: geeft groene badkleding)
De kamer was heel basic, geen glazen bijv. Douche was heel moeilijk op temperatuur te krijgen en het licht in de badkamer was stuk.
Bed erg hard, maar kan ook onze voorkeur zijn. De mensen bij de receptie waren erg stil.
