Pros:

Hotel pulito e accogliente, ottimo per chi ha un volo la mattina presto. Dispone anche di un trasporto gratis all'aeroporto la Aurora che si potrebbe anche raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Se devi partire prima dell'ora della colazione ti danno un sacchetto con la colazione da consumare in camera o in viaggio

Il Wi-fi era un po' intermittente, non so se c'erano problemi in quel momento ma niente di grave

My favorite place to stay when flying in or out of GC.
Pros:

The staff here is exceptional. This is my second time staying here. I had to add my son to my reservation after it was already made. Andre was communicative and accommodating to my changes. He went above and beyond to help us out. The beds are super comfortable. The sheets and towels are of the highest quality. The food and room service is exceptional. And the free shuttle to the airport makes the travel day so much easier. I highly recommend for outgoing flights or arriving late at night to stay at this hotel.

No puedo dar opicion pues mi reservación fue cancelada un día antes de la fecha de hospedaje, me comunique con ellos para saber que pasó y me indicaron que al parecer tuvieron problemas en realizar el cargo, les indiqué que me interesaba mantener la reserva y que yo pagaría en el lugar de ser el caso y me dijeron que ya no tenían espacio habían alquilado la habitación.

Buen lugar, pésima orientación y opciones al turista.
Pros:

Buena habitación, el servicio al turista pésimo, me quisieron cobrar un trasporte 5 veces más. no se adaptan alas posibles realidades del los turistas.

Cons:

Al parecer hay una na orden de más arriba de no darte posibilidades. No se preocupen existe Google.

Cercanía al aeropuerto, los desayunos

Cons:

Recibir uno de los platos donde sirvieron la fruta quebrado y recibir la queja y el cobro por parte del trabajador que se encontraba en la recepción. Por dicha tenía foto y vídeo donde se demostraba que así se recibió el plato y tuve que retractarse en cuánto. Así que tengan ese cuidado sobretodo con el servicio de alimentación a la habitación.

Podría ser una linda estadía pero solo quieren sacarte hasta el último Quetzal.
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien, buenas camas, muy lindo la habitación pero hay algo que me cae muy mal es que no se adapta a las posibles realidades del los viajeros. Necesitaba un transporte a otra ciudad y si bien ya había averiguada les pregunté -siempre es lindo dar la oportunidad a quien te recibe bien- pues bien me ofrecieron un precio 5 veces superior y cuando les pedí otra opción me dijeron que no sabían, no fueron capaces de agarrar una computadora o teléfono y darme otra opción. Cuando me estaba yendo les pedí si me podían guardar 2 bolsos por 2 horas y se negaron me cobraron el precio por 24 hs. Mientras salía a almorzar antes de viajar. Sinceramente me parece vergonzoso, son enemigos del turista.

Cons:

Las opciones a resolver las diferentes realidades, sinceramente ya habitación con vista a un patio ciego no vale eso. A menos claro que sean serviciales vos que no sucedió.

Whole stay in Guatemala they have the rudest staff and I stayed at Hostels where staff were friendly and spoke english or try to communicate. Here staff didnt even try to communicate in English, they were annoyed. The only front desk guy spoke English and he was so demanding about payment like Pay now! I just arrived hold on. No customer service or hospitality training. Airport pick up was unsafe. They dont give you driver name or car details. You have to give your own details. So weird. Tv did not work, sockets were hit or miss. Breakfast was good tho
