não é um hotel, é uma pensão suja e desagradável com empregados desonestos

próximo do aeroporto, 15 minutos

Cons:

a minha familia ficou em dois quartos sem janelas para o exterior, os lençois estavam sujos (não tinham sido trocados do cliente anterior), a minha filha sujou o lençol de baixo com uma gota de sangue o lençol e fui obrigada a pagar 85€ para lavar o lençol. São desonestos, não fiquem nesta pensão, não é um hotel.

the room was ok and it's close to the airport

Cons:

the place is noisy, ALmost lost the flight because they took a long time to finish the check out and were late to call the guy to drive me to the airport, as announced.

Cons:

No hay puntualidad a la hora del check out, y tampoco puntualidad a la hora del transporte que ofrecen. No volvería a hospedarme, se decidió caminar hasta el aeropuerto, porque ya nos estaban atrasando y nadie aparecía, estuvimos de hecho antes de la hora que indicaban en recepción, y nadie nos atendió, ni nos indicaron que iba a suceder con nosotros.

Excellent location to the airport, clean and super comfortable with hot water and Air con. Staff were incredibly helpful in arranging shuttle to and from the airport. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Cons:

WiFi was maybe a little slow during peak hours but honestly not a big issue.

Very close to Guatemala Airport, shuttle to an from airport was fast and efficent, room was a good size with all amenities working well, very secure.
