I like nothing

Cons:

Your staff is rude. I want to check out but no one at the lobby. At the same time, I was very rushing for my work. So i decide to direct go to settle my stuff and contact the tenant regarding my situations. Eventually they charge me to not pay my deposit because I settle my stuff exceed the hotel time. I is supposedly you need to have staff at the lobby 24hr?

explain bilik dapat yang macam mana.
Bilik standard tapi oke la ada ruang nak solat
Line wifi je xde,line fon ade je☺️

Cons:

Booked for emergency stay at late night, but cannot check in after 12AM they said(after confronting at message).
Then why can still booked online?
Reception closed, but they provide no tel to called for midnight check in but still not answered the call even calling for hundreds time.
Wasted money, wasted time, wasted energy.

bilik saya ada 2 katil queen tp 1 antaranya katil tu mcm dah patah ..so tilam mendap ke bawah..bila tido jadi tak selesa..pendaftaran di bangunan lain dan bilik di bangunan lain..2 3 kali kena ulang-alik...information tentang passwood pintu masuk tidak di beritahu ada dlm beg yg di berikan di counter..so terpaksa patah balik ke counter untuk tanya,,sometime customor tak perasan ada dlm beg tu sb kertas yg di berikan tu kecik je...

I not like this hotel.. Because i could not get the rooms that i booked via booking. Com. Then the room i stayed AC not funtion. When i ask the management, they said this kind of rooms only available and booking. Com have sistem problem.. Im very disappointed with this kind of service

Cons:

Im really dissatisfaction with this kind of hotel. No clean. No any drinking water facilities. Poor AC cooling
