Nothing. It was a complete waste of money.

Cons:

For the first time in over 20 years of traveling, I found a place where guests are asked to pay to have their room cleaned. Congratulations for the creativity, this is genuinely the first time I've ever seen such a thing.

There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, this is definitely not the right place for you.

The swimming pool is extremely dirty and is more of a small stagnant pond than an actual pool. The location is also far from the city center, which made getting around quite inconvenient. On top of that, the staff do not speak a single word of English.

The property is quite noisy, making it difficult to relax.

Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:00 a.m., but at 7:30 there was still nothing available. Even when it was finally served, the selection was extremely limited and the food quality was poor.

This was also the most expensive accommodation I have ever paid for on a per-night basis. Considering what is actually offered, the price makes absolutely no sense.

Overall, one of the most disappointing value-for-money experiences I have ever had.

Séjour très agréable!
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé, à 5 min du centre de Tam Coc mais loin de l'agitation. La chambre était propre et la grande fenêtre apporte beaucoup de luminosité dans la pièce. Enfin, le personnel était adorable et très attentionné. Ils nous ont préparé le petit déjeuner en avance car nous partions tôt le matin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance dans la maison!

Cons:

Il manque peut être un peu de décoration et de meubles (table de nuit, lampe de chevet...) dans la chambre pour la rendre un peu plus pratique et chaleureuse.

Les gérants de l'hôtel sont vraiment adorables, d'une grande gentillesse et très serviables.
L'hôtel possède une piscine. Top pour les baignade par forte chaleur.
La chambre est décorée avec goût est confortable et à tous les équipements nécessaires.
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Tam coc. Possibilité de louer un vélo ou un scooter pour la journée à très bon prix.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Своих денег близко не стоит, на красивые картинки не ведитесь! Снимите лучше нормальный полноценный
отель! Фото действительности не совсем соответствует. В ванной комнате черная плесень, во дворе вид другой, недели на фото. Оплату совершили в первый день при заселении, но в последний день с нас опять требовали деньги и очень настойчиво, говоря, что мы не оплатили проживание. Потратили час нашего времени, выясняя по камерам. В качестве извинения получили чистое полотенце (абсурд!). Полотенца к слову до этого дня нам не меняли.

Это мой первый негативный отзыв, за десятки отелей.

Pros:

Gostei muito do quarto que era espaçoso com uma janela grande e vista agradável. A localização é muito boa e o pequeno almoço saboroso. Está disponível serviço de bicicleta ou mota para alugar, o que nos facilitou na nossa deslocação em ninh binh. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos.
