What an amazing design! A french touch in the heart of Madrid perfectly located and suited for modern health concious guests. Bakeries were delicious, and staff thoughtful.
The gym was missing a few accessories on the pull machines to be able to broaden the exercices for usual workouts.
Gym 24/7, smell all around the common areas, service and staff were so helpful and profesional. Food: the yogurt, spreads, salads, fresh fruit and all the egg options were amazing. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning here. Croissants were incredible :)
They can offer a better pillow option for the bed, one that is not too flat and can accommodate to people who need a bit more support.

Prachtig interieur en restaurant is een van de beste in Madrid
De kamers zijn iets aan de kleine kant, maar we kregen een upgrade naar een ruimere kamer omdat onze zoon van 11 jaar ondertussen bijna als een volwassene kan doorgaan 😊

l' éclairage de la salle de bain insuffisant. J avais demandé 2 couettes, ce que vous avez fait, je suggère que vs mettiez des couettes individuelles plutôt que des doubles, un peu encombrantes :))
