Zimmer war sauber, schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war zu letztem Jahr weniger
bestückt.
Es fehlte Süsses, wie Croissants oder Pancakes
Für den Preis des Frühstücks war mir zu wenig Auswahl. In anderen Hotels wesentlich mehr Auswahl.
Sehr positiv war das Personal, supernett ❣️
Besonders hervorzuheben war der Herr am Frühstücksbuffet am Samstag, gut gelaunt, höflich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Ich kann kein Personal bewerten weil keines da war. Man sollte über einen Automaten einchecken, der draußen hängt, wo dir jeder bei der Eingabe deiner persönlichen Daten zugucken kann und der ausserdem sehr schlecht funktioniert. Er verlangte dauernd einen QR-Code, aber ich hatte keinen. Rettung kommt von der Kollegin von der Gastronomie, aber ich habe den Ver,dass da gar nicht zu deren Aufgabe gehört.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war statt um 15:00 erst um 22:00 beziehbar. Zuvor funktionierte der digitale Check-In nicht, Rezeption war nicht besetzt und telefonisch auch in den abgegebenen Sprechzeiten niemand erreichbar. Extrem ärgerlich. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere das Bad. Zur Straße/Kreuzung hin sehr laut. Kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen - null Service. Es wird ein Parkplatz berechnet, auch wenn man gar keinen genutzt hat. Und WLAN wird gesondert berechnet.

Preis-Leistung grenzwertig, Zimmer zur Staße laut und warm (Fenster konnte nur kurzzeitig geöffnet werden)
