Una buena opción en San José, cómodo, accesible y muy buena atención de su personal!
Pros:

El personal muy amable, la habitación en la que estuve fue muy cómoda y limpia. Elegí una con cafetera, muy amplia y con una linda vista. No llegue a usar otros lugares del hotel porque fui por trabajo.

Cons:

La crítica que tengo para hacer es que 2 días de los 5 que estuve alojada las frutas del desayuno estaban en mal estado, ácidas. Y varios días no colocaron la manteca en frío o hielo. Creo que es muy importante para quienes viajamos estar tranquilos que lo que comemos esté en buen estado, y no nos traiga problemas de salud.
La ubicación del hotel era cómoda para estar en auto pero no para moverse o caminar en las cercanías, o con lugares donde disfrutar del afuera.

El desayuno muy bueno, el almuerzo ejecutivo no nos gustó ninguno de los 2 días. Happy hour estaba bien, amabilidad del personal del restaurante regular.

Cons:

El mueble de gavetas en el cuarto tiene una mala que no cerraba siempre quedaba abierta, falta iluminación. Sistema de aire acondicionado muy viejo y ruidoso
