Guest Reviews
Spacious rooms, child-friendly staff, and a safe environment.
Little close to NExus and Lulu malls.. their only catch
I have booked a family room for 3 and they gave 1 bed for 2 and said no extra mattress.. we were going to Mumbai the next morning and it was just a small but horrible stay filled with mosquitos.. they gave us Hit that killed most of the mosquitos.. some how I have a bad feeling that this is not for families..
Near by Hitech City metro station staff was good
I like the ambience the hotel provided, was very clean as per my expectations. The rooms size was perfect for a lone traveller like me.
Nothing specific but would like a more wider range of options for breakfast
Waste rooms
Nothing
Inappropriate rude behaviour , Abusive staff and unresponsive for anything unavailable…. Had to pay extra for early check in at 7 buy not received any toiletries until 10 till the staff came …. There were no towels despite asking for multiple times nothing was provided …. No brush and paste was provided despite mentioning in the booking
Room were clean and neat
I have booked for 1300 but after reaching the place the incharge asked me to cancel the booking otherwise pay extra amount to avail room, and no AC service,tv, wardrobe.
Nothing to like
Room was not clean the bed cover was stained and damaged, so the room was given without changing the bed cover Toilets aren't clean full of Caroches & mosquitoes
