מי שמגיע בשבת שימו לב שזה מלון מאוד מכוון לשומרי מסורת.. המעלית מעלית שבת, אין בחדר אוכל מכונת קפה או מישהו שעומד מכין חביתות במקום. בכללי הבופה של שבת בבוקר (לדעתי) יחסית דל למה שבדרך כלל מגישים בארוחות בוקר במלונות

לא הספקנו להינות מהבריכה... אולי בפעם הבאה.

המלון ממוקם בתוך מבנה עתיק והשקיעו הרבה מאוד בגינון.

Cons:

המלון לא נגיש ברובו המוחלט, ועל מנת לעבור ממקום למקום יש תמיד צורך לעבור במדרגות.
בנוסף, אין שירות סיוע עם המזוודות בכניסה וביציאה והשילוב עם חוסר הנגישות הופך את החוויה ללא נעימה כאשר מטיילים עם מבוגרים ונשים בהריון מתקדם שזה היה המקרה שלנו.

שירותי הבריכה היו לא נקיים באופן שפשוט מנע שימוש וחייב אותנו לטפס ברגל חזרה לחדר - שוב, לא נעים כשמדובר באישה בהריון ועוד אשה מבוגרת במקרה שלנו.

ביום שישי הבריכה נסגרת בשעה 17 וכאשר הצ׳ק אין בשעה 15 - זה לא סביר בימי הקיץ עם שקיעה בשעה שמונה בערב.

בעת הזמנת חדר באתר, ציינתי בקשה "2 מיטות נפרדות", ולא היה ברור האם זה כבר התקבל, מתי ואיך נדע תדובה.
הגענו למלון, נאמר: " כן, קבלנו הזמנה, היכנו לכם חדר בהתאם". בפועל, החדר לא היה מתאים לבקשה, המתנו יותר משעה עד שהועברנו לידר אחר. בקבלה נאמר: "לא רואים בקשה ל 2 מיטות". אכן צדקו: מהאת קיבלתי הודעה רק אחרי 24 שעות (יום למחרת) ש"הבקשה שלך לחדר עם 2 מיטות התקבלה, ונדון לגביה בהקדם".
סליחה, מי צריך את האתר עם השירות "בקשה נוספת/מיוחדת" כאשר התשובה תגיע 24 שעות אחרי, וגם "ללא תשובה", כאשר ההזמנה היא מיידית?
אני מבין שההזמנה הייתה מהיום להיום, אבל ציינו באתר שהתשובה לא תנתן מייד, ותקח לא ברור כמה זמן. לכן להבא, אזמין ישירות מהמלון, ללא booking.
