Just book it, you won’t find better
Pros:

Lovely and newly renovated rooms, very relaxing spa area, REMARKABLE breakfast and truly lovely people from the owners to the servers. We have also stayed in a more ‘exclusive’ and expensive venue on this trip but this was far better, fantastic value and lots of attention to everything from the design to the ingredients chosen for their guests. Thank you, we will be back!

excellent stays and top-notch staff, beyond expectation
Pros:

The breakfast is one of the best i have experienced so far. Much beyond my expectation with the super friendly and professional staff and the food, very well prepared and delicious which me and my partner always clean the plates all during our stay.

Cons:

nothing really. if i have to say one, maybe the stairs in the room is not 100% friendly to my heavy luggages.

Sehr schöne und außerordentlich geschmackvolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Meran.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in den Laubengängen von Meran und ist durch die Lage in der Fußgängerzone Nachts sehr ruhig. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im fink und wieder absolut zufrieden. Die geräumigen Suiten sind hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, uneingeschränkt top. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber absolut zu empfehlen. Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals empfanden wir wieder als außergewöhnlich, ebenso wie das wirklich sehr gute Frühstück. Für Fahrräder ist ein geräumiger Raum vorhanden. Für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt in Brixen bleibt das fink für uns die erste Wahl. Für Urlauber die einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Ausblick auf die Berge o.ä. erwarten ggf. nicht ganz optimal, für uns war es wieder perfekt!

Everything! The rooms, the spa, breakfast!! Location is amazing with wonderful restaurants around the hotel , breakfast is the best we ever had in hotels, and one morning that we had to leave early they packed it for us, such a great service

Pros:

Bőséges, minőségi reggelit kaptunk. Nagyon figyelmes volt a személyzet. Előre e-mailben jeleztem feléjük a glutén érzékenységet, és már a szoba bekészítésnél figyeltek erre.
A szoba nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt volt.

Cons:

Csak egy kellemetlen tapasztalatunk volt. Egyik nap ott fogyasztottunk vacsorát. Nagyon ízletesen elkészített ételeket kaptunk. Mivel teltház volt, a pincérek egy kicsit összekeverték a rendeléseket, a szomszéd asztal rendeléseit is hozzánk akarták hozni. Utólag kiderült (sajnos csak otthon vettem észre a számlán), hogy hozzánk is írták a szomszéd asztal fogyasztásából 2 tételt.

Freundlicher außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Hervorragendes Essen.
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Außergewöhnlich und elegant. Beste Lage. Hervorragendes Essen. Allein ist die schmale Gasse etwas laut, und man muss die ganze Zeit das Fenster geschlossen halten, wenn man den Lärm entgehen will.

Pros:

Stunning, incredible, surpassed every expectation! In the heart of everything, the kindest and most helpful staff, the spa facilities were dreamy, very comfortable bed and room, and the breakfast was to die for. Do not hesitate to book here. 100/10 - worth the splurge. We dream of coming back.

Traumhafter und sehr erholsamer Urlaub im Zentrum von Brixen
Pros:

Das Hotel Fink liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Brixen. Parken kann man in einer guten Tiefgarage in der Nähe. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen reichhaltig und lecker. Auch das Abendessen war köstlich und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Man hat verschiedene Kopfkissen zur Auswahl und somit kann man ruhig und entspannt schlafen.
