Lovely room. Requested a second floor room and was very pleased to have received one. Friendly staff and beautiful breakfast cooked to your liking. Fast lift and very comfortable sun loungers which were cleaned daily. Great large well equipped balcony and very effective well fitting curtains. Housekeeping was efficient and punctual a similar time each day. Particularly liked the fact that you could empty the mini bar to use as a fridge during the stay and the safe was very good quality and complimentary. An excellent stay.
Room is crying out for some bedside tables with draws. Form over function went a little too far in this respect.
Séjour exceptionnel dans ce très bel hôtel juste au bord de l’eau. Le centre de Puerto Calero est juste assez proche pour être rejoint à pied mais juste assez éloigné pour avoir un vrai sentiment de tranquillité. Le personnel est aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour l’attention particulière le jour de notre anniversaire) et les chambres très spacieuses et belles. Douche avec vue mer !

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Excellent location, easy walk to the marina and all the restaurants there for our evening meal.

I booked this for my two daughters after thier original hotel they had booked didn't work out. They both said it was the nicest hotel they have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to look after them and they were all very friendly and helpful. it was so nice that want to go again next year with us so we are hopefully going to book.

Located along a quiet rocky beach, at two minutes from the marina where there is a small stretch with good restaurants, it is a very good choice for a relaxing vacation or as a base to visit the island. Nice pool, very good breakfast and friendly staff. In addition, the hotel is modern, very comfortable with a lot of charm.

L’emplacement est vraiment génial, l’hôtel est propre et bien fait, à taille humaine.
Le service au client doit vraiment être améliorer.
On doit demander les échantillons pour la douche car pas de savon ni gel douche en chambre. Nettoyage des chambres jusqu’à une certaine heure sinon après ils ont des photos et vous vous débrouillez. Rideau pas occultant. Une couette est le minimum dans un hôtel de cette gamme et ne devrait pas être à la demande. Le café en chambre à payer, légèrement exagéré pour un 4 étoiles (surtout que leur machine est une professionnelle donc impossible de trouver les capsules en magasin)
Le personnel pourrait être plus sympathique ! À part la dame, personnel antipathique.

Location is idyllic and perfect for a few days. I think for a lengthy stay puerto calero might be a bit quiet.
This was our second visit back to Royal Marina Suites and it was just a fabulous as the first time! We loved the location and views, the close proximity to the marina. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back!
