Needs cleaning and refurbishment
Pros:

Location good
Reasonably quiet except for inconsiderate quests making a lot of noise after midnight on a couple of occasions.
AC is good
Having a washing machine and small fridge freezer also good.

Cons:

The apartment was dirty when we arrived - dirty floor, bathroom and kitchen area.
The entrance, stairwell and immediately outside the room is cluttered with old/broken furniture, dirty unwashed floor and stairs.
The bed sheets were torn and poor quality
Nothing to clean with in the apartment, not even a sponge and a little detergent.
Bathroom is really grubby, dirty walls, lots of dirt missing grout and silicone around tiles and toilet.
Only one chair to sit on in the apartment
Rain leaking through the stairwell skylight making the stairs unsafe
We booked confirmed and paid extra for a later checkout, but were then told we had to leave 2 hours earlier than agreed - payment was refunded

Great stay in the centre of HCMC!
Pros:

Had a great stay at Lunaria Mansion.
The property is in an excellent location, close to everything that you need. Only 2 minutes walk to the Walking Street, but situated away from the noise for a good nights sleep!

Good communication and quick responses from the owner for anything we needed during our stay.

Would recommend for a pleasant and affordable stay!

The host arbitrarily changed the room I booked.
Pros:

Nothing to say!

Cons:

I had already provided a guarantee with my credit card through booking.com, and my credit card would still be charged if I wouldn't arrive. However, upon my arrival, the host informed me that the room had already been rented to someone else and offered me a worse room further away, which I had to take a taxi by myself. The check-in process was also cumbersome.

Pros:

The property is quite basic but it was practical and the location was good for us. The staff were very pleasant.
The price was excellent value for money.

Pros:

Perfect location near to attractions and shops. Our bed was comfy and the bathroom was much nicer and more spacious than expected.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Fantastic stay overall and fantastic stay. I was allowed into my room early. The single room was spacious enough, it was clean and tidy and well ventilated. This was my second stay in this hotel

Мне очент понравилось проживание. Я очень рекомендую это место всем. Баланс цена-качество превосходный.
Pros:

Номер очень уютный. Наличие стола для работы, розетки рядом и удобного стула это прекрасно. На кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды самостоятельно (плита, кастрюля, сковорода, посуда), но я не пользовался, питался вне дома, а дома только фрукты. В ванной большой душ и просторно. Есть балкон и стиральная машина. Все стильное и уютное. А еще в номере очень тихо несмотря на то, что главная тусовочная улица в 5 минутах пешком. Рядом есть чудесный парк с зеленью, тренажерами, лавочками и освещением.

Cons:

Изначально на некоторых поверхностях было какое-то количество пыли, как будто номер был убран не перед заездом, а давно. Но при этом все было опрятно и аккуратно, не было никаких пятен.
