Pros:

Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch war alles top. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Poollandschaft, gute Lage. Sehr umfangreiches interkontinentales Frühstücksbüffet

Good, comfortable hotel for exploring the city and the outskirts with reliable concierge
Pros:

Good concierge, rest of the staff OK too (as always, English not widely spoken but this is China). Nice breakfast. Very large room, quite comfortable. Concierge arranged visits and drivers for us.

Cons:

The entry hall is a bit cold and impersonal. The main restaurant could be redone for more character. A general refreshment might be in order.

Pros:

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner complet et le restaurant servait de bons plats. Le personnel se débrouillait en anglais. La piscine est ses aménagements étaient un plus.

Pros:

I stayed at the Sofitel Hotel in Xi’an for one night and loved everything about it. The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a generous spread and great variety, everything tasting fresh and well prepared.

We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the stay feel extra special. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to unwind after a day of sightseeing in Xi’an. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. It’s a great base for exploring Xi’an, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip.

L'hotel è ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista, ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito ad una junior suite che era molto confortevole. La colazione era molto varia e di buona qualità. L'aspetto che però mi ha più sorpreso è stata la disponibilità del personale, a causa di un problema sono stato costretto a chiamare l'ambulanza e sono andati oltre ogni aspettativa, una persona dell' hotel ci ha accompagnato in pronto soccorso ed è rimasto con la mia famiglia per diverse ore della notte per assisterci per eventuali difficoltà. Tutti a partire dalla manager, al concierge, ai ragazzi vari sono stati premurosi oltre ogni loro compito. Un grazie sincero a tutto lo staff.
