Very disappointed!
Pros:

Cons:

The hotel is far from the city center where is the stores and restaurants. We have very big problems with internet even if we have VPN and e sims. Is block all aplications like Youtube, Watsapp, Facebook, Netflix, etc. We cannot comunicate with nobody from Europe. Another problem is the staff dont speak english. Only few managers. Breakfast is poor for the money what we pay. Is not any type of fish, for example. Actually all Xi an City is different than other cities of China. You cannot find pork and duck meals restaurants. Only lamb and beef very spicy. The Terracota Warriors Museum was very crowded and is not any pleasure to visit. Thousend of people fight for a good position in front to see something in the Museum. I will never come in this part of China.

Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación y la decoración.

Cons:

No se siente que uno entre a un Sofitel. No huele ni siquiera a Sofitel. La comida del desayuno buena, pero a la carta muy mala. El tema de la piscina si requiere atención, no hay toallas, no hay gorras en caso de que las necesites, no hay servicio de bar. En fin, no se siente uno en un hotel de lujo.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived it felt serene and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The team in the Executive Lounge were lovely. The food here is excellent and the breakfast was the best I had on my trip. So much choice with a lot of it freshly cooked.

The layout in our suite made it easy to share / get up earlier than companion and wash and dress without disturbing them.

The room was quiet and comfortable.

Companion had a massage, which was also very good.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good. Would definitely stay again if I revisit Xi'an.

Pros:

It was my first stay at the Sofitel Xian, and I was genuinely impressed. The location was excellent, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptional attentive - they consistently went above and beyond to assist. I will certainly choose this hotel again when I visit Xian next time.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about. Great hotel!

Very comfortable semi-luxurious place to explore one of the oldest & most intriguing dynastic cities
Pros:

Well sized room with a very comfortable lounge, work area & a large bathroom. Excellent breakfast choices from fresh fruit to freshly cooked wester & eastern options. Pleasant club floor & very attentive staff everywhere. Nice pool, especially for a summer-time visit! Very helpful concierge staff assisting with all sorts of visit arrangements locally & afar.

Cons:

The property is starting to show its age, perhaps ready for a refresh? However still a great value for money & comfort.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber, es gibt eine nette Hotelbar wo man nach dem Tag beim Drink ausspannen kann.
Schöne Ausstattung und gute Lage fürs Sightseeing.

Cons:

Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht das falsche Zimmer bekommen (eine Kategorie schlechter). Unsere Zimmernachbarn waren laut und haben im Zimmer und am Gang geraucht, ein absolutes no-go! Wir haben dann das Zimmer an der Rezeption reklamiert und uns wurde dann das richtig gebuchte Zimmer zugeteilt.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, non lontanissima dalla metro e dal centro ma c’è un po’ da camminare. Camera grande e letto comodissimo, molto silenziosa. Una delle colazioni migliori che abbia mai visto.

Cons:

Solo una cosa: La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene. Ok se sei solo, ma in compagnia non è il massimo.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent hotel, great facilities and very comfortable room. Breakfast also very good and they also provide take away if you're leaving early. Staff very helpful and location is excellent for the day trip pick ups. I also forgot my charger and they shipped it to Beijing to my next hotel immediately, so cannot fault their amazing staff and customer service.
