Great stay, we only had 1.5 days and should have stayed another day.
Pros:

Room upgraded to a suite and great breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel name is listed as reminen square but is seems to be known as the Sofitel Grand which caused confusion for transport.

Pros:

Everything was great. Xi’An was crazy packed with travelers in August. We were so happy to come back to this hotel with spacious room and well maintained facilities. The pool was nice. Kids loved it.

Bellissimo hotel che offre tutti i servizi in ottima posizione
Pros:

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città e altri bei quartieri dove passeggiare la sera. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, facile da raggiungere anche con i mezzi.

Das Frühstück war eines der Besten, dass wir auf unserer Reise hatten!!! Alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das es fußläufig nicht viele Möglichkeiten hatte, etwas zu essen, wenn man nicht im Hotel essen wollte. Aber mit Didi war es kein Problem.

Bellissimo hotel a Xi’an
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, pulita e curata, situata in una zona piacevole e tranquilla di Xi’an. La colazione è semplicemente superlativa, con un’ottima scelta e grande qualità. Lo staff è sempre disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Anche il prezzo è più che conveniente, soprattutto considerando la qualità dei servizi offerti. Non abbiamo trovato alcun difetto: tutto perfetto, dall’inizio alla fine. Assolutamente consigliata!

Nice serviceable hotel
Pros:

Welcoming and helpful staff. My mother had an early flight and they packed breakfast for her to go. I also used their free wheelchair for Terracotta Soldiers

Cons:

The name confuses a lot of taxi drivers so we end up walking from the other Sofitel a lot

Sehr gutes Hotel, empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, zentrale Lage, tolles Frühstück, sehr gute Betten, freundliches Personal, exzellenter Concierge-Service (hat uns verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente besorgt, die wir in Deutschland vergessen hatten).

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, spürbar in den Zimmern, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Lobby, Allgemeine Flächen und Restaurant sind neuwertig und sehr modern.
