Great location and price
Pros:

Great location, and value for money. Large room with TV and fridge. Large bathroom and powerful shower.

Cons:

Even with the window open 24/7 the room was so hot. There was a fan provided which helped a bit.

Ok facilities. Need a little updating. Parking facilities poor
Cons:

I searched for a hotel with parking included and this is not the case with limited parking. I ended up parking on a neighbouring street. As a blue badge holder with limited mobility this was not ideal

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. There was noticeable dust throughout, dirt and debris on the floor, mould in the shower, and even dead flies that had not been removed. This gave the impression that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and made the accommodation feel poorly maintained.

Breakfast was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The breakfast room was very poorly lit, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The selection of food was also quite limited, and many items had run out during service. Despite this, they were not being replenished in a timely manner, leaving guests with fewer choices than expected.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but standards of cleanliness and breakfast service need significant improvement. Better attention to housekeeping, regular maintenance, and ensuring breakfast items are kept stocked would make a big difference to the guest experience. Based on this stay, I was left feeling disappointed and expected a much higher standard.
