Cons:

The photos made it look like the perfect place for a getaway, and that's why I booked it. But when I arrived, the pool was dirty and not even working, the bed in the room wasn't made properly and was unmade, and the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. I've been using this app for almost three years to make reservations in different parts of the world I've traveled to, and I've never had a bad experience until now. What a disappointment!

Cons:

The side door locked to the parking lot only had one main entrance and one in the back when there are actually two doors in the back but the use one so I was walking slit for no reason and that breakfast included in more like a snack not it at all would rather not have it if that’s what’s been given to the guest as complementary

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay there again whenever I go to San Juan again.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed our room which was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was a beautiful view as well. I loved how close the hotel was to the main attractions as well.

Cons:

We didn't get any room service after the first night which I enjoy so that when I get back to the room while being out, I like to have my bed made and etc and trash picked up.

caro para lo que prometen en el iternet.
Pros:

el desayuno regular, los cubiertos, platos y vasos todo desechable lo que me parece mal, los vasos para el cafe muy pequeños y de un material malo.

Cons:

Tener mas variedad del desayuno y platos y cubiertos de mejor calidad, no desechables. muy poca variedad de fruta . Dicen que tiene la playa cerca y tienes que cruzar por un puente que esta sucio y con mal olor, el martes no habia sillas o sombra en la playa pues el que cuida no fue a trabajar, el miercoles use los camastros proveidos u son de mala calida y sucios.
