Very dirty rooms, carpet, bathroom doors you feel very uncomfortable to do anything around the room. I needed help to get my belongings out of the car and no one wanted to help.

The location was excellent. Everything from restaurants, transportation, and excursions were near.

Location awesome, friendly area that’s a no and room view.
Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance from every where! Breakfast was great as well.

Cons:

My view from the window was looking at a brick wall. Outside of the hotel was no where to sit down and enjoy the view. Two front desk ladies didn’t try to assist with anything. Another lady who was there was helping everyone and did a great job. She was awesome. I think her name was Aballia if I am correct.
