Albergo classico in una buona posizione
Pros:

La posizione è potenzialmente buona ma ci sono troppi barboni vicino all'ingresso. Molto meglio la St Charles Ave con ristoranti e alberghi e molto più sicura. L'albergo ha una reception nascosta e bisogna andare in fondo e girare per trovarla. Anche questo limita la sicurezza dell'ingresso. Personale non particolarmente gentile e attento, tranne una signora che ci ha prenotato un taxi. Le pulizie non sono state fatte due giorni su tre. Colazione varia ma un po' confusionaria.

Cons:

Troppi barboni vicino all'hotel. Pulizie non eseguite. Ho mandato diversi messaggi all'hotel prima dell'arrivo ma mi hanno risposto solo dopo che mi sono rivolta all'assistenza di booking

Nice hotel
Pros:

The room was bigger than I expected. It was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were there. The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was very helpful and polite

The area around the hotel had trash, and people were always hanging out around the entrance

They scammed me

Breakfast was good

Cons:

They will charge you for vaping/smoking in your room $350. It’s a scam they run now and don’t ever vape in your room. Also they require you to pay $60 for each night you stay as a “security fee”.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il French Quarter. Stanza grande e silenziosa, nonostante fosse comunicante. La colazione tutto sommato non è male. almeno, rispetto ad altri hotel di livello simile.
