This will be my new go-to accomodation when visiting Pattaya.
Pros:

Ideal location just steps away from Tree Town and the night life but quiet enough at the pool and in room.

Awesome stay in the heart of Pattaya
Pros:

The property is loyal to it’s name, it really is an oasis in the middle of the chaos that is downtown Pattaya. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet with two big clean pools and plenty of poolside beds. The room I was eventually assigned to was really nice. There is a pretty nice gym with just enough equipment. The security was also top-notch.

Cons:

Upon check-in initially I was assigned to a different room than I was eventually ended up in. The first room had serious issues and was very dated and old looking. I raised my concerns and the staff immediately offered a different room (much much nicer) and also the issues with the first room were looked after right away. Despite the correct handling of my concern, I lowered my score just because these issues should have been realised by the host rather than addressed by a guest. I would come back here, though, if I promised the same room or room quality.

No, it's not a hotel, it's small apartments, there's no elevator, many people live there and it has a strange appearance. When I arrived, the lock on my room had a broken key inside, which made me very uneasy. Climbing three flights of stairs with luggage after a 22-hour flight isn't pleasant, but arriving and seeing the lock in that condition is even worse.

I enjoyed my stay here very much and would not hesitate staying here again
Pros:

Very quiet, set slightly back from the busy Soi Buakhao, Miew and David very freindly and very helpful, room facilities very good

Cons:

The doors to the rooms are a little dated and could be modernised or replaced, but not a serious issue

Best location awesome staff
Pros:

Yo this place is probably the best you're going to get besides being near the water. You're right in front of Tree Town Market and right in the middle of Soi Buakhao. Everything is close, the beach, Walking street, etc. You have security watching the place. The rooms are really nice. The girls at the restaurant are really cool and nice. There is laundry on site which is cool. The pool looked nice, I didn't go in it though. If you stay here remember to manually lock the safe as I left it open wasn't paying attention but no issues. It's a really good deal and it's far enough away from that crazy street that you can feel a like you aren't in the middle of the madness. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only 2 complaints I had wich aren't even a big deal is that there was no elevator (which I normally don't mind but I hurt my foot so that was annoying for 2 days) and there isn't housekeeping every day which isn't a big deal either but I just needed the trash taken out a little more often.
