Täydellinen hotelli, jossa yksityiskohdat on mietietty autenttisella italialaisella tyylillä.
Pros:

Varmasti yksi kauneimmista hotelleista missä olen käynyt. Kaikki hipoi täydellisyyttä. Mieletön puutarha, ihana uima-allas, huikea sisutus, paras palvelu, herkullinen ja monipuolinen aamiainen ja laadukas iltaravintola . Ei ole mitään moitittavaa!

Cons:

Ei ole oikeastaan mitään moitittavaa. Jos nyt jotain pitää keksiä niin viimeinen 1-2 ajokilometri hotellille oli hieman pomppuinen. Tie oli aika huonossa kunnossa, mutta perillä odotti mieletön paratiisi - ei haitannut huono tiekään.

Pros:

Loved the food on offer for both B'fast and dinner. The steak we had for dinner was extremely good. The staff were very good, helpful and fun.

Cons:

Better offering of Tea in the room would have been nice but not a big issue.

This place is absolutely stunning from the views, to the ambience, you have everything you need for a short or long stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved this place! Beautiful property, friendly staff, the rooms are so nice and the pool and dining experience there was so good! The food was phenomenal and drinks and as a solo traveler it was a perfect get away!

Cons:

I only wish I had more time to stay! I was there two days and wish I could have done the wine Tour but ran out of time

Pros:

The location was convenient for exploring the area and the property itself had some nice outdoor spaces. Unfortunately, there wasn't much more than this that we liked.

Cons:

There were unfortunately a lot of issues here. On our first day, housekeeping entered our room without knocking, and this continued to be a problem throughout the stay. There were no “do not disturb” signs, so cleaners would either enter or try the door while we were inside. Our room (81/82) was also directly beside the housekeeping cupboard, so we constantly heard trolleys banging around and staff talking outside.

The fridge leaked water, there was no kettle or coffee despite a kettle being listed in the room description, no alternative pillows, no tissues or general bin, and bathroom products weren't restocked, I had to ask for more at Reception.

One morning we ordered coffee from the bar and found what appeared to be bleach/cleaning powder on top of the lid. Thankfully we noticed before drinking it, but this was obviously concerning.

The onsite restaurant was also extremely overpriced for the quality. Our food arrived cold and the beans were barely heated in water with no seasoning – I ended up adding my own oil and salt just to make them edible. We had significantly better meals nearby for around half the price.

Overall, there were just too many basic issues for the price and I wouldn't stay here again.
