Pros:

The reception staff was good but the restaurant staff was not polite at all.
The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing and they did not even have the courtesy to apologise for the bad experience.
The hotel is a no frills hotel though it mentions luxury hotel. The provide disposable glasses for tea, coffee and water in the rooms. There is no service provided. Overall we were disappointed given the price we paid for the hotel

Highly recommend
Pros:

The surroundings were wonderful, nature, gardens - beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast great with a lot of choice and the staff was helpful and nice. Restaurant was also great as well as sauna part.

Domaine exceptionnel avec une vue de la chambre magnifique. Lieux très paisible. Très grande qualité des finitions, du parc et de la décoration. Restaurant à la hauteur et bon rapport qualité prix.
