The apartment was unbearably hot and felt like a sauna when we arrived. The indoor temperature was well above 30°C even though it was only around 23°C outside. The bathroom felt even hotter, at well above 35°C.

There was no effective way to cool the apartment. The building had a ventilation system intended to provide fresh air, but it did not appear to be operating. Even at 23:26, our thermometer still showed 28°C inside, despite the outdoor temperature having dropped considerably. We have added a photo showing the temperature.

The heat made the apartment unsuitable for both sleeping and working. The bed was also placed in a very tight space against a wall, meaning only one person could get out of bed normally. Although the staff communicated well, the temperature problem could not be resolved during our stay.

Diese muss man unbedingt vorher direkt beim Manager buchen und bezahlen.
Ich musste meinen Wagen in einem 750m entfernten Parkhaus abstellen.

Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und die Abluftanlage funktioniert nicht oder viel zu ungenügend. Eine riesige Hitze und Dampf bildet sich und verschwindet auch nicht von allein.

Keine Klimaanlage. Ich musste lange meine Zimmertüre und das einzige Fenster im App. öffnen um eine einigermaßen akzeptable Raumtemperatur herstellen zu können.

Wenige Stunden vor dem Check In erhielt ich taggleich die Aufforderung meine Kreditkarte Vorder-/Rückseite und Personalausweis und Selfie zu übermitteln. Allerdings wurde mir nicht gesagt wohin. Booking hat mich gewarnt, genau diese Daten nicht an den Anbieter zu senden. Ich war sehr verunsichert. Musste notgedrungen die Dinge fotografieren weil ich wenige Stunden vorher nicht mehr stornieren konnte. Ohne diese Fotos hätte ich keinen Zimmercode erhalten laut Anbieter. Alles ungut.

Do check-in, tive de fazer tudo online para poder entrar, tinha uma caução de 250 euros obrigatório, e ainda tinha que anexar uma foto do meu ID e uma selfie. O meu telemóvel não aceitava o procedimento, estive 1 hora fora da porta do estabelecimento, para o conseguir fazer com o telemóvel de outra pessoa. Porque quando toquei na campainha foi- me dito que sem o check-in não podia entrar. O que mais me incomodou foi não ter na reserva que era obrigatório a caução e que não podia entrar sem fazer tudo online. Com esta situação perdi uma marcação que eu tinha para esse dia. Os utensílios de cozinha eram muito pouco s não tinha faca para descascar, só de cortar pão e para comer. Por isso foi a pior experiência que eu tive até agora.

The reason I wouldn’t give it a full 4 or 5 stars is mainly due to a few inconveniences. The apartment became extremely hot during my stay. I knew there was no air conditioning, but I expected the fan to be enough. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, and the room was uncomfortably warm. An air conditioner would make a huge difference, especially during the summer.

The bed was also quite small for two people, making it a bit cramped to sleep comfortably.

Another downside was the parking. I arrived in the evening and only could park for a few hours, but I still had to pay €25 for the private parking space, which felt quite expensive. It would have been nice if the staff had suggested a cheaper public parking option nearby instead of directing me to the private parking, especially since they know the area well. I also asked if it would be possible to extend my parking time a little longer, but unfortunately there was no flexibility, and my request was declined without offering any alternative.

The only con was that there was no air con - although there were two Dyson fans, which did help but with temperatures in the 30s and overnight temps around 20C, it was quite stuffy. The windows didn't open very far
