מקום מהמם מתאים לזוגות, נוח בכיס , מפנקים ושירות ברמה גבוה
מלון בוטיק שקט ואיכותי אשר נמצא במיקום מרכזי.
צוות המלון מדהים בראשות מנהלת המלון המדהימה ליטל אשר מתייחסת לכל לקוח כ- VIP
האוכל ברמה גבוהה (עוגות ביסקוטי למבינים) בניצוחו של מנהל חדר האוכל מר צ'רלי האלוף אשר נותן שירות ויחס נפלאים.
בריכה אינטימית ללא רעש והמולה וכו'
חדרים נקיים, בקיצור ממליץ מאוד מאוד אחרי שהיות רבות במלון זה, שווה מאוד להתארח במקום זה!!!
המיקום, הצוות, השקט וגם הארוחת בוקר הייתה ברמה טובה. החדר היה מצויין. הבריכה נקיה ומים לא קרים מידי.
היו כמה קטמים על הסדין של השמיכה וגם על הציפה של הכרית.
היה נקי, נעים, צוות אדיב, שירות נעים וכייפי.
הכל היה ממש טוב, צוות אדיב ושירותי, היה נקי ונעים

שהיזמנו ארוחת בוקר בבוקיניק ולא היה כתוב ארוחת בוקר !!!!!! והיה כתוב במפורש ארות בוקר איטלקית!!!!!!!!
אהבנו מאוד את היחס של עובדי המלון אלינו ומאוד נהנו בחופשה מלון יפה מאוד נוח ושווה את המחיר
אומנם קרוב מאוד לאייס מול אבל קצת רחוק מהטיילת ושאר הדברים באילת
חדר האוכל היה מעולה שירות טוב ומיטה נוחה
אהבתי פשוט הכל , האוכל מעולה וברמה מאוד גבוהה , האווירה נהדרת , מיקום נוח מאוד, שירות יוצא מן הכלל , זו כבר פעם שנייה שלי במלון הזה וכבר הזמנתי את חופשת יום ההולדת שלי שם שוב. באילת אני חוזרת רק לשם. תמשיכו כך ! נהננו מאוד. תודה רבה ללילך המקסימה ולבחור הנוסף שהיה בקבלה שאינני זוכרת את שמו 🤎
הייתה עובדת קבלה די מוזרה ואפילו תוקפנית שלדעתי לא מתאימה לעבוד במקום כזה , ממש נבהלנו ממנה , מקווה שהיא תלמד קצת יותר מה זה שירות לקוחות ואיך אמורה להראות חווית אירוח .
