אין שמשיות בבריכה ולכן לא יכולנו להשתמש בבריכה בכלל בכל זמן השהייה שלנו במלון כי 3 שמשיות לא מספיקות לבריכה שלמה.
צוות העובדים בחדר האוכל לא מבין מילה בעברית/אנגלית.
לחביתה בבוקר חיכיתי 50 דק.
היה שיערה באוכל - מומלץ לאסוף שיער או לחבוש כובע לעובדי המטבח.
ביקשנו בבריכה פלטת פירות העובד אמר בסדר, אחרי שעה עדיין לא הביא לנו וכששאלנו מה קורה הוא אומר לנו ״לא שווה לכם 99 שח ויש רק אבטיח, קיוי וענבים״ זה נשמע לכם הגיוני שזאת התשובה של העובד?
אין כיסא במרפסת בחדר.
האינטרנט של המלון בקושי זז.
בקיצור המלון ירד ברמה בצורה דרסטית מאז שהוא לא שייך לרשת בראון.
