Smart, clean , comfy and friendly in a great licatiom
Pros:

This is a recently modernised hotel, my room was comfy, quiet and spacious, with air con that worked and was quiet, the shower room, was small but adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic for Gare du Lyon , just 10 mins walk away.

Cons:

I thought it was a bit pricey , but this is Paris

Il faisait un peu chaud dans ma chambre située au 5e étage juste sous le toit. Je sais nous étions à 33° dehors ces jours-là mais bon...

If you are happy with a no-frills hotel, this is a good place to stay in Paris.
Pros:

The hotel was amazingly quiet. The location was conveniently close to Notre Dame (20 minutes walk), Jardin des Plantes, restaurants, Gare de Lyon etc.

Cons:

There were no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room but these were in the foyer.

Bon hôtel qui nous a permis de bien récupérer après les activités intenses de la journée
Pros:

Bon accueil, personnel très agréable.
Possibilité de remplir les gourdes avec eau fraîche ou gazeuse (apprécié par grandes chaleurs).
Lit confortable. Bonne climatisation.
Propreté des sanitaires.
Bon emplacement près des transports publics.
Très pratique de pouvoir atteindre l’hôtel à pied depuis la Gare de Lyon.

Clean and comfortable and a great location. Ideal for a solo traveller on a budget.
Pros:

Good location near Gare de Lyon.No frills accommodation, but the bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Had a good bathroom mirror and a good hairdryer.

Cons:

It didn’t have tea making equipment and the check in was slow the evening I arrived.
