Pros:

Прекрасный отель. Расположен в старинном особняке. Хороший ремонт. В пешей доступности площадь иподром, цистерна базилика, айя софия, топ капы, голубая мечеть, променад вдоль мраморного моря. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Заказывали трансфер через отель и экскурсии. Все четко. На все вопросы отвечали быстро и подробно.
Встретили очень приветливо.
Хороший завтрак на террасе.
Чистая постель. Лебеди из полотенец :) Видно, что стараются и хотят чтобы гостям было удобно и приятно.
Могу с уверенностью рекомендовать.

Cons:

Слышимость. Очень слышно как ходили соседи на верхнем этаже. Но нам это особо не мешало. Не плохо бы поменять смеситель в душе, вода разбрызгивается во все стороны. Но это тоже мелочи.

Molto bene ma non benissimo!
Pros:

Era tutto perfetto,dalla camera al servizio allo staff,alla colazione,al ospitalità,gentilezza,veramente tutti super carini e la camera era bellissima!!!!!

Cons:

La mia camera purtroppo era troppo rumorosa,si sentiva tutto fino tarda notte,da quelli che dormivano nella camera sopra la mia,percui ho dormito malissimo…
Peccato,perche il resto era perfetto!

Были в отеле 4 дня. Дружелюбные русскоговорящие сотрудники на ресепшене, помогали с маршрутами по городу, делали кофе по-турецки, кстати, совсем неплохой, в отличие от близ расположенных кафе. Хорошие разнообразные завтраки, очень удобные кровати. Отдельное спасибо Мухамеду за настройку Е-сим

Wonderful ! I would definitely recommend this especially if you are on a budget trip.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and warm. We got a free upgrade of our room from economy to luxury. The lady serving the breakfast was very nice and friendly, and making sure that warm food was available for the guests. Room and toilet were clean and everything mentioned during the online booking was provided. The bonus point was its proximity to the tourist places (the Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica and sultanahmet square, Topkapi palace, everything was within 5 -7 mins walking distance). There are several hotels nearby which offer close proximity to tourist places but the best thing regarding Esans hotel was its excellent location which despite being very close to the tourist area was still a bit away from the nearby noisy streets. We could sleep peacefully in the hotel while 2 streets away, we could hear loud music and party noise even after midnight when we were coming back from our day trip. And yes, the area is super safe even at the midnight with 24x7 police patrol. I would strongly recommend Esans hotel. Some rooms are a bit small in size but overall sufficient enough to sleep comfortably and stay for a few days to weeks.

Cons:

Some of the rooms seemed smaller. The wooden floor made creaky noise once in a while but not strong enough to disturb sleep. I didn't see any elevator which could be an issue if you are carrying 3-4 heavy suitcases, but I am sure the hotel staff would help, if needed.

Hotel super consigliato per rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

La posizione: vicino alla metro, a pochi passi dalla Moschea Blu e a tante attrazioni principali.
Con una passeggiata di 2 km e mezzo raggiungi anche il ponte di Galata.

Cons:

Le stanze al seminterrato: troppo buie e piccole

Pros:

La posizione strategica.
A pochi km dalle attrazioni turistiche più gettonate.
Con una camminata di 2km e mezzo si raggiunge il Galata Bridge e la zona stupenda di Eminonu.
Lo staff dell hotel davvero disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Raccomando il transfer aeroporto hotel con loro. Sono super puntuali !

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime 3 notti nella stanza economy situata nella lobby: spazi troppo stretti e poca illuminazione.
Raccomando almeno una Standard

Perfekte Lage!
Pros:

Die äußerst zentrale Lage nahe der blauen Moschee und Haggia Sophia war großartig. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr russisch geprägt aufgrund der vielen russischen Touristen aber für eine kleine Stärkung am Morgen dennoch völlig ausreichend.

Pros:

У отеля просто сказочное расположение! До основных достопримечательностей менее 10 минут ходьбы. Управляющий отеля дал очень ценные советы по экскурсиям и ресторанам, а также поселил в очень хороший, просторный номер с атмосферой восточной сказки!
Завтраки на террасе были очень разнообразными, мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно

Прекрасный отель за свои деньги с потрясающим расположением и чудесным персоналом
Pros:

Этот небольшой отель находится в самом сердце Стамбула — около Айя Софии, расположение безупречное. Считаю оправданным соотношение цена-качество, хорошие завтраки, есть все что нужно, я была довольна. Персонал очень отзывчивый и ответственный, я была приятно удивлена душевностью и профессионализмом.

Cons:

Думаю, это скорее не минус объекта, а просто обстоятельство, которое невозможно изменить: из-за того, что здание историческое там нет центрального отопления, да, конечно кондиционер справляется, но приходя в номер было немного зябко. Плюс, отель нуждается в ренновации и из-за того, что здание деревянное — слышимость очень хорошая, но я спала без задних ног 😁
