Loved it, gorgeous property
Pros:

The property location was sensational. We had two rooms overlooking the caldera. Rooms
We’re exceptionally clean and well appointed.
Loved everything about it

Cons:

The property was next door to a nightclub. The music started at 10.30pm and stopped at 4.00am. Made sleeping very difficult not everyone is there for the nightclub.

Realmente me gustó todo, iniciando la estancia con simona ella te escribe y está atenta para recibirte, las habitaciones y todo lo que está adentro es increíble, el desayuno es buenísimo, todos los del hotel te dan buen trato. La vista es increíble, no provoca salir. Arriba dentro del hotel tienes un restaurante y puedes pedir y te lo llevan a la habitación. De verdad volvería mil veces Gracias simona por todas tus atenciones que Dios te bendiga

Improve just a little bit the quality of breakfast, but in general very good. I would recommend having freshly squeezed natural juice and fresh fruit.

The view from our room was outstanding!! All day long!! The room was so comfortable and so nice that we couldn’t ask for more… Simona made an upgrade for us who is by the way so helpful with everything …all the personnel is basically very pleasant and try to make your stay perfect!!

Conveniently located in Figa. Offers extras to ensure comfort. Classy interior and exterior.

Cons:

A nearby nightclub projects it's sound across entire neighborhood till late, but that must be a common flaw to many places in Figa.

Lugar con unas vistas increíble, la atención de la señora que está en recepción es de 10 y muy guapa. Me encantó todo fui con mi amiga por mi cumpleaños y nos la pasamos de maravilla. El desayuno muy rico y pues estás cerca a todo en Fira. Espero volver pronto 😍

Cons:

Lo único pero no tan importante fui que el hidromasaje no funcionaba. Pero del resto toda la estancia fue muy agradable.

Pros:

The view of the caldera from the private jacuzzi was exceptional. The room was very clean, and the host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to every question or request. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and generous. The location in central Fira was ideal, close to restaurants, shops.

There was nothing significant that I disliked.
