Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Pros:

Ac in my room wasn’t working. No one fixed it rven after complaining for hours. I had to sleep in heat without fan without AC. Upon so much of request they arranged a table fan covered in dust and also throwing dust when turned on. Ridiculous hotel. No management and no one is available at front desk as well.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and they came by every day to see what you needed, clean towels, more water, whatever. I liked the breakfast buffet and the restaurant food, short walk to the beach and all the convinces were very close, laundry, massage convenient store

Cons:

It could get a little noisy at times, if you have a balcony room facing the road, it's nice but there is the road noise. There are quieter rooms on the other side. Sometimes guests come back after drinking and make too much noise but nothing too radical
