This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Koa and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money and the pool is a bonus.
Pros:

It is well maintained, great location and staff are fantastic. Great place to meet others if you’re staying for an extended period of time. Shout out to Novi for the excellent service.

Go to Koa D Surfers if you want a beautiful hotel and a beautiful location
Pros:

Staff were amazing
24/7 restaurant was great food was amazing
Rooftop pool and bar were beautiful
Room was perfect and well cleaned when you needed it to be

Close location to Finns Beach Club and Atlantis Beach Club, many bars and restaurants close by. Hotel has own restaurant, offers breakfast, convenient store opposite, bedding clean and mattress quite stiff, bathroom is alright, simple interior, staff is nice

Cons:

Noise in the corridor from neighbours, you hear open and closing doors, some guests in the middle of the night dont care, open restaurant in ground floor a bit noisy due to the main road with noisy bikers, not a place to stay longer and enjoy tranqullity, cash deposit of 500IDR,

Lovely clean rooms
Pros:

Great location for beach clubs and beach. Lovely bug and clean rooms and restaurant and pool area are top tier.

Cons:

Not many restaurants or cafés around. The road noise is very loud at night and kept us up. There is also no hairdryer in the room.
