Excellent stay for reasonable value.
Pros:

Breakfast out of this world.
The staff is extremely hospitable and over the course of three nights and 2 1/2 days, they almost became like family.
The management helped customize private city tours for us, which helped maximize our limited time in the city in a comfortable way.

Cons:

While the location is absolutely perfect for a tourist visit, the location is primarily touristic. Meaning, for extended stays, that could be too tiring.

Extremely well positioned to key sites and easy walking distance to markets , enjoyed Istanbul .
Pros:

Location was brilliant , room was basic relative to what was expected as superior room .

Cons:

At checking in there was a dispute in respect of daughter age etc which implied we had not booked in good faith .

Przepiękny hotel w starym stylu.
Pros:

Wspaniały hotel w starym stylu. Pierwszy pobyt był w apartamencie z wanną z widokiem na Hagia Sofia. A za drugim razem pokój na 1 piętrze, ale z udogodnieniami spełniającymi wszystkie oczekiwania. Położenie o kilkaset metrów od głównych atrakcji Sultanahmet.
Obsługa miła i spiesząca z pomocą.

Cons:

Wszystko było ok.

Pros:

The location and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was not closing properly. There was a lingering bad smell coming out of the vent during the day.

Pros:

Готель залишив у нас надзвичайно приємні враження. Він розташований у самому серці історичного району Султанахмет. Номери були затишними, чистими й комфортними, а персонал майже став нашою родиною.Дуже привітні люди уважні і завжди готові допомогти. Окрема подяка нашій покоївці Aylin. Щоранку на нас чекав смачний турецький сніданок.

very nice and helpful staff, great turkish breakfest, very nice view of Hagia sofia from our room (but it was under scaffolding) , sightseeing terrase

Cons:

The terrace show with seagulls catching food from a fork unfortunately makes it unusable for visitors who are afraid of birds or their freely falling droppings.

部屋を選ぶことが大切です。

ロケーション最高！！！

Cons:

安いプランを選んだからか、壁掛けテレビのコンセントを挿すために、テレビを持ち上げて挿す必要があった。ポットの電源コードを挿せるコンセントがない。冷蔵庫は効かない。お湯も調整がうまくいかない。お客様用の部屋ではなかったのかな。気分が下がってしまい、このホテルの名物、屋上レストランに行く気が起きなかった。冷房は良く効き、清潔だったし、スタッフも丁寧でフレンドリー。部屋選びを間違えないで下さい。
