Pros:

La pulizia, la funzionalità di ogni spazio, la cura per ogni particolare.

L’accoglienza non è di casa
Pros:

Buona posizione e arredamento nuovo, ma cucina molto scarsa (frigo piccolo e mancanza di elettrodomestici base, non vi e il forno). Sauna disponibile solo su prenotazione.

Cons:

Trattamento inqualificabile del gestore-proprietario. Come coppia viaggiamo in tutto il mondo (in strutture medio-alte) e non ci è mai capitato nulla di simile.

Struttura nuova, posizione tranquilla con ampio spazio esterno e vista splendida sulle montagne.
Arredi di altissima qualità. Garage interno coperto con ascensore che ti porta direttamente alla stanza.

Cons:

Mancanza di privacy sul balcone, mancanza del forno, della cappa aspirante, e del microonde.

Semplicemente fantastico
Pros:

Appartamento bellissimo, tutto nuovo, massimo confort.
Terrazza spettacolare, vista montagna, aria fresca e pulita.
Un paradiso, 19 gradi mentre il resto dell'Italia bolle.
Dormito col piumone.
A piedi si va in paese per acquisti; fermata autobus nei pressi per
raggiungere qualsiasi località dell' Alto Adige.
Mezzi pubblici gratuiti.
Ci torneremo.

Beautiful place with an awkward owner
Pros:

The apt was beautiful furnished and comfortable though no oven of any kind was included.

Cons:

The owner was very awkward. He refused to replace a room card I lost claiming that a lost card is a safety issue. Huh? The card is pretty generic. Moreover, I had to almost beg to have e two room cards for my partner and I. He literally has a stack of generic room cards
