The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, they were wonderful with our children. The rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable beds, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea had a lovely range of food & the cocktails by the pool were incredible. I will always come back to this hotel - my favourite in Vietnam. The staff truly make it a wonderful experience!!

Rooftop pool was top notch. Lobby area was gorgeous and the welcome drink was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and so were the chopstics. Wish I could have bought a pair.
Couldn't buy the chopsticks.
We loved our stay at The Kin hotel in HCMC. Friendly polite staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast and afternoon teas, wild salsa dancing in the roof top bar. We enjoyed some good sauna time.

Great location in District 1.
We stayed in the family room on the 7th floor and it was very spacious, a little dated, but comfy beds and pillows and super quiet!
Pool was great to cool off after long hot days and a great place to see the city lights with a happy hour drink.
We also utilised the gym both mornings and it was simple but functional.
Shower over bath was a mild annoyance as water gets everywhere and it's slippery getting in and out (would be difficult if you had mobility issues).
Breaky was okay. I had dietary requirements and although I mentioned it, there didn't seem to be any accommodations made (nothing was labelled with dietary guides and staff were unsure) but I found enough anyway.
Minor things, would definitely stay again.

My room unfortunately smelt like cigarette smoke one day so we are assuming it came through the AC vents of another room . The hotel staff quickly sorted this issue for us and were extremely apologetic .
Het personeel was ZO vriendelijk. Ze doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heel lekker, het zwembad op het dak is prachtig, ook de bar is super mooi en gezellig met geweldig uitzicht! De ligging in district 1 is top. Op wandelafstand van veel gezellige restaurants en cafeetjes. Het hotel is recent helemaal gerenoveerd en is echt prachtig!
