Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pool and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good, plenty of western and Vietnamese options. Walking distance to the malls and very quiet streets. Highly rate this hotel. We stayed with our baby and the staff couldn't have done enough for us.

Everything was incredible. From the moment we were greeted late at night and the lovely upgrade of room with our children very close by we were extremely happy. But it was the staff that really made us feel welcomed especially Phu who took the time to recommend places to eat and see and ask us about our day.
Beautiful hotel. The first thing that stands out, is the lobby, which has a calming presence with its classy interior and calming presence.
Our 3 person room was spacious and situated on the 11th floor.
Breakfast was excellent!
Just a small note:
This probably only applies to certain rooms on the 11th floor, but if people are working out in the morning in the gym on the 12th floor, it's is very audible.

Good spot, close to Opera and other sights, not far from Ben Thanh market. Very good breakfast.
We booked hotel with quiet street view (according Booking.com), but in reality our window was just like 3 meters from other hotel. Due to restaurant complex nearby it was quite noisy (loud music) - on Sunday evening. We tried to solve with staff, but as they were fully booked, there was no solution offered, according to reception everything was correct on their side. It was not possible to switch off A/C in the night.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, they were wonderful with our children. The rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable beds, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea had a lovely range of food & the cocktails by the pool were incredible. I will always come back to this hotel - my favourite in Vietnam. The staff truly make it a wonderful experience!!
There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property, everything was as expected and more.
Everything, the staff, the rooms, the facilities, the rooftop pool, the location 10/10 will definitely return
