Die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit vom Personal, einfach herzlich, man schaut zu jeder Tageszeit in ein lachendes Gesicht und es fühlt sich echt an❤️🫶👍👍👍

Pros:

Heel fijn hotel. Vriendelijk personeel en ontzettend fijn zwembad op de rooftop.

Cons:

Het fruit bij het ontbijt buffet had een vreemde smaak. Jammer genoeg moeten laten staan. De rest van het ontbijt was wel lekker en goed!

Pros:

Staff were attentive, professional and well spoken. The location is phenomenal with proximity to the river, the Opera, shopping and many restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Laundry service was affordable, speedy and well done. If I am fortunate enough to return to HCMC, I will return to the Kin Hotel Thi Sach.

Pros:

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in.
Things that stand out;
- welcoming, check in, and the possibility to get into our room a bit earlier
- every single member of the Staff showed the highest degree of professionalism and kindness
- rooftop bar and swimming pool were a surprising highlight, as I usually do not use such facilities. In Ho Chi mihn however this was a real saver!
- breakfast was very good, fresh and with plenty of European and Asian options
- large clean room
- amazing location in the heart of District 1, yet on a quiet street

Pros:

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms The staff are all excellent - friendly and very helpful The hotel is close to all the tourist things you want to see and great restaurants and bars

The roof top pool is a great place to escape after being out in the city for the day

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, tolle Dachterasse mit Pool, zentrale Lage, sehr nette Personal, saubere, kleine Fittnessstudio.
Kleine Kiosk in der Nähe.

Cons:

Ausstattung im Zimmer etwas älter gewesen, aber trotzdem sehr sauber

Comfortable hotel with lovely staff in an excellent location.
Pros:

The breakfast itself was fine, but I did not like the fact that I was required to pay for coffee if I wanted more than the black coffee provided (which was poured from a stainless steel urn-type arrangement). The lattes which I ordered and paid the equivalent of around A$5 for each cup, was itself horrible and not what I had come to expect from coffee in Vietnam. I didn't mind so much that it was overpriced as the fact that it was not much better than instant coffee with milk in it. I was surprised that there wasn't even, for example, a drip filter coffee option at the breakfast, or something equivalent to a Nespresso machine. It's my only real criticism, though, and was the only time that I felt somewhat taken advantage of.
