Heerlijk hotel in Kamala
Pros:

Wat een heerlijk hotel en vooral.een vriendelijk personeel. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt is op.de 5e etage met een fantastisch uitzicht. Iedere dag wat anders en erg lekker.

Cons:

We hadden wat problemen met de airco maar dat maakte ons verblijf er niet minder op.

Séjour horrible : nous avions réservé 4 nuits mais nous n’avons finalement passé qu’une seule nuit dans l’établissement

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 22h. À notre arrivée, il ne restait qu’une dame à l’accueil qui ne parlait pas anglais. Elle ne nous a pas expliqué correctement le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. C’est moi qui ai dû lui poser des questions pour connaître, par exemple, les horaires du petit-déjeuner, de la piscine, etc.

En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons été très déçus. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos présentées sur Booking. La vue depuis le balcon était également très différente de ce qui était présenté. De plus, les vitres de la salle de bain donnant sur la chambre sont présentées comme transparentes sur les photos, alors qu’en réalité elles sont recouvertes d’un filtre et ne sont pas transparentes.

La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas correctement.

Nous sommes ensuite allés voir la piscine située sur le toit. Là encore, la réalité ne correspondait pas aux photos. Les sièges étaient dans un état très dégradé et la piscine était sale, ce qui ne donnait absolument pas envie de s’y baigner.

La chambre dégageait également une forte odeur d’humidité, comme si les murs venaient d’être repeints.

Mais le plus gros problème était la présence de fourmis et d’insectes dans la chambre. Il y en avait partout, notamment dans les recoins, autour de la climatisation, au plafond, sur la table en bois située à proximité de la tête de lit et des prises électriques, ainsi qu’au niveau du miroir de la salle de bain. Il y en avait vraiment beaucoup, au point que nous ne nous sentions pas à l’aise dans la chambre.

Nous avons malheureusement dû rester une nuit, car il était tard et nous n’avions pas d’autre hôtel disponible. Nous avons attendu l’arrivée du responsable à 7h le lendemain matin afin de demander une solution et un remboursement. Cependant, la nuit ne nous a pas été remboursée au motif que nous avions occupé la chambre.

Nous avions initialement réservé quatre nuits, mais nous ne sommes finalement restés qu’une seule nuit en raison de ces problèmes.

سياسات الفندق اول مره تمر علي يقفلون المصعد الساعة 12 و يفتح الصباح الساعة 5 طبعا لو مثلي بالدور الرابع الله يعينك على الدرج والاستقبال والباب الرئيسي كذلك يقفل في نفس الاوقات الغرفه مافيها تلفون تبقى شي انزل الاستقبال و اطلب و تنظيف الغرف من 12 الى 3 وبعدها مافي اي خدمة عرف يعني تحس نفسك في نزل لكن اسمه فندق الغرف نظيف ولكن السرير قاسي مره اغلب الطاولات قواعدها مكسورة تحركها تبلس فيها تجربة كانت عادية ومايستاهل 4 نجوم الفطو طبعا لا تجربه ولا تتعب نفسك خياراته جدا قليلة و مايسوى ابد

Perfect hotel om te genieten van je vakantie.
Pros:

De gehele ervaring. Vriendelijk personeel, een goed ontbijt, comfortabele kamer en een rustig aangenaam zwembad met mooi uitzicht op de bovenste verdieping. Je bent zo bij het prachtige strand en je kunt je auto parkeren.
