Pros:

The rooms are outdated, with old and broken furniture. When I moved one of the armchairs, I found that the area underneath was extremely dirty. The carpets in the corridors on our floor were also very dirty and covered with stains, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the area.

L'hôtel est super beau bien placé le petit déjeuner et la piscine sont top.

Nous avons remarqué que dans notre chambre, les toilettes avait des traces d excrements, quand on prend son bain sa se voit le ménage n'est pas fait à fond, j'ai déplacé mon lit pour me rapprocher du second lit et plein de coquilles d œufs était dessous..Le couloir l'aspirateur n'est pas passé sur la moquette on l'entend jamais attention aux allergiques.
C'est un contraste qui denotte avec la qualité de l'hôtel, le ménage laisse à désirer..
On a pas fait les difficiles mais quand même..

Ich war schon in vielen Hotels aber hier hat die Reception an Unfreundlichkeit neue Maßstabe gesetzt. Das Frühstück unterirdisch, die Toiletten mit Schimmel etc...

Vị trí nằm mặt đường dễ tìm. Bể bơi.

Cons:

Chỗ đỗ xe oto xa. Gđ mình đến đúng lúc mưa to ào, lại đúng lúc xe to các đoàn trả khách chờ khách đỗ ngay cổng. Đánh xe đến bãi đỗ xong đi ô che mưa đưa các con đi bộ đến sảnh lễ tân check in xong lại quay lại bãi đỗ lấy đồ.

Pros:

Outside of building was beautiful, swimming pool and restaurant were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were old with pealed wall paper. Taps splashed water everywhere. Shower also splashes water everywhere. Towels need to be updated.

Đồ ăn sáng ngon, hồ bơi view đẹp, rộg. Thất vọng khi chọn khách sạn 4sao nhưng thiết bị tiện nghi tại phòng rất tệ.

Mình đặt 2 phòng dành cho 4 người lớn và 4trẻ em. Và khi đến check in thì phụ thu thêm 2 trẻ em do 7 tuổi. Điều này mình đọc chính sách của khách sạn không thấy có ghi rõ nên khá bất ngờ. Phòng mình ở tiện nghi rất tệ, máy lạnh bị chảy nước và làm ảnh hưởng đến thẩm mỹ, rất mất vệ sinh và tiếng ồn khi nước nhỏ xuống sàn nhà. Mình đã liên hệ lễ tân và nhận được là sáng mai sẽ kiểm tra. Rất thất vọng và sẽ không có ý định quay lại.
