Pros:

Está en una súper buena ubicación , todo te queda a unos pasos el malecón restaurantes 7 eleven, las camas eran cómodas la habitación espaciosa el personal resolvió todas mis dudas , tiene una súper alberca el ambiente tranquilo familiar me gustó mucho si lo recomiendo

Tienen 2 estacionamientos, Hay poco estacionamiento dentro si se llena tienes que ir al otro

La ubicación es insuperable. Los fines de semana es el punto clave para pasar un excelente rato. El restaurante es genial! Y las habitaciones muy limpias.

Need employees to be more discreet and not loud.

Close to everything. Secured.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after supposedly check in at 3pm.
Then at 7am ,having the staff outside your window arguing who was assigned what chores for the day. Loudly.

Me decepcionó esta vez
Pros:

Ya nos habíamos quedado en este hotel antes y en aquella ocasión todo salió bien, esta vez decidimos quedarnos de nuevo aquí porque lo agarré en oferta y además por la excelente ubicación que tiene ya que todo queda super cerca

Cons:

El estacionamiento que tiene dentro del hotel es demasiado pequeño solo caben como 5 carros y obviamente se llena super rápido, puedes dejar el carro por fuera pero igual se llena y te tienen que mandar a un estacionamiento privado que tienen dentro de unos locales, preguntamos que si se desocupaba un lugar dentro del hotel nos podríamos mover y nos dijeron que sí pero al día siguiente una clienta iba a salir en su carro pero como que supo que nos queríamos estacionar en ese lugar y yo creo que hizo algo porque no nos dejaron estacionarnos en el lugar que dejó la señora que porque según era lugar para discapacitados. En el cuarto no nos dejaron toallas mas que una que estaba húmeda y tampoco nos dejaron aguas ni shampoo ni jabón tuvimos que ir a pedir.
