Just the cleanliness
That we had no clue how to get to the pool because we were never said
Anything we were directed to the extra parking and the rooms but when we got to the room it was just that and we only saw the neighbor building..

Just everything! But specially the policy of no noise after 10pm. Makes your stay more relaxing.
Maybe just the shower heads need to be changed. The water was mostly going to the sides lol…

Maybe I'm spoiled but I need a balcony and a view, I had neither. I don't like my window to be on a walkway.

The bed was a little hard .
The hotel is very close to the boardwalk and close distance to stores in the city.
Rooms are very spacious and the restroom, depending on the room itself could be spacious too. The shower could fit up to 2-3 people.
All rooms are very closed to the pool.
Out of all the hotels that we have stayed at, this one actually had to the pool open and very clean!
The parking lot is not connected to the hotel. You must walk about 3-5 mins from the hotel to the parking lot since staff and the owners park in the hotel parking lot. The sign outside of the gate to the parking lot says it is available to guests 24/7 , but only if the employee that lives onsite is awake. There is an intercom that is connected to the office, but if the employee that lives in the parking lot area is asleep and the intercom isn't working, dont know what to tell you other than good luck.
Definitely drop of your belongings first at the hotel and then go park.
There is no gate that closes off the public to the hotel so literally anyone could walk in and snoop around.
The description of the hotel doesn't say that you can hear everything from the street over, but if you're out and about that shouldn't be much of a problem. Also it is tourist city.
The security guard stated we could not walk to our rooms wet, we had to be 100% dry after exiting the pool. But there was no such sign in english or spanish that said that. I think if it was an issue, there should have been sign for "cation wet floor" Party pooper the security guard.
Not sure if it is all rooms, but our bed was definitely very firm and stiff. The pillows barely made up for it. We were too tired to care the moment we went to sleep, but definitely felt it when we woke up.
We had to kinda slam the door with a bit of force to make sure it was closed 100% good.
There is no bell or button to notify receptionist that there are people in the lobby if they are away from the desk so be ready to wait if the receptionist is not there.
I would go back, but not for that price due to all the inconveniences.
