The breakfast is delicious and very filling, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of the nicest touches is being able to hear the ocean from your room, which adds to the whole experience.

What truly stands out, though, is the kindness you feel throughout your stay. On my departure day, the owner went out of his way to help me purchase a train ticket. It was my first time navigating the system and he even qqqqq helped me get my luggage onto the train. It’s this natural, thoughtful generosity that makes Sisi’s Place so special.

If you’re looking for a homestay that feels like staying with family, this is it. You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend, already looking forward to your return.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, der Aussicht, der Sauberkeit der Umgebung, der Lage sowie der guten Erreichbarkeit des Strandes, der Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sogar eine Bank befand sich nur wenige Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt.
Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns immer hilfsbereit unterstützt und uns mehrmals dorthin gefahren, wo wir hinmussten. Außerdem haben sie für uns günstigere Ausflüge und Attraktionen organisiert.
Das Ganze hatte eine wunderbar familiäre Atmosphäre.
Ich möchte auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder hierher zurückkommen.

This hotel truly stands out as one of the best I’ve experienced in Sri Lanka. The equipment and overall facilities are excellent — reliable Wi-Fi, a modern smart TV, and efficient air conditioning made the stay very comfortable. Both the room and the surrounding areas were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness.

What made the experience even better was the owner, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly, always making sure everything was perfect.

Having stayed in many hotels across Sri Lanka, I can confidently say this one offers the best balance of quality and price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great value.

Прекрасный большой номер с балконом, с которого вид на закат и море. Огромная ванная комната, в душе всегда была горячая вода и отличный напор.

Sisi’s place was about the best choice I’ve made!👌 The location is excellent; which makes it very comfortable when you arrive by the train, as almost all of the tourists do. A wonderful swimming beach is located in near walking distance. Restaurants also just a couple of steps away. The room is lovely, comes with a balcony. It’s spacious, and so is the bathroom, that provided me with the shower of the year! Haha. Very strong, hot water. The bed also comfortable and has an extra blanket for the morning when the AC cooled down the room, and you need a little more than a sheet. The AC is not across your bed, which is important to me, because it’s unpleasant to get the air right into your face. Breakfast was also excellent served at a very nice garden setting, and it’s fun how you can watch the trains from your breakfast table. 5 different fresh fruits were available and a variety of yummy food. Lots of extra help was given generously by the host, very much appreciated.I recommend this place to fellow travelers, and I’ll be back. Thank you.

Everything was exelent. Clean and big room, good and big breakfast, very close to the beach. The family is very friendly and helpful. You feel like at home.
