Staff were nice and good location on beach
The food was not 5 star quality. Quality of food was not great.
Location and the check in lady was brilliant
The staff at Coco especially the light skin guy, were terrible. Room service not done, towels not replaced. No lotion
Loved the fact they really have alot for toodlers and the food for them too is so well catered for. That really made it super special for me also not forgetting 0-3 years old eat for free and the chefs make everything around their needs.

I feel that the rooms could be refurbished and made alitte brighter as it would give it a beautiful feel altogether.
Cleanliness, the staff were friendly and polite especially to my elderly mother.
The monkeys, are so interesting to watch, but they have become fearless of humans there was monkey droppings in the hallway. Our parked breakfast was disappointing, compared sit with another couple at the SGR.

The food on offer was of a wide variety and catered for our every need - we were a group of 16!
The roads leading to the property are still under construction. Not a fault of the property itself and this affects all properties along this stretch of beach.

حجزت الغرفه شامل الافطار،، وبوفيه الافطار لم يكت حسب المتوقع🤗 يجب الاهتمام اكثر بتفاعل خدمة الغرف من قبل موظف الاستقبال
