Das beste Resort in Mombasa
Pros:

Erstklassiger Service, blitzsaubere und top ausgestattete Zimmer sowie ein traumhaft schöner Pool! Das Resort bietet ein tolles Unterhaltungsprogramm, lässt einem im Zimmer aber alle Ruhe zum Entspannen. Obwohl das Hotel auf Google mit 4 Sternen geführt wird, hat es für mich definitiv 5 Sterne verdient!

Amazing Hotel, Outstanding Staff – Can’t Wait to Return!
Pros:

Our stay at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort in Mombasa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was just on point! The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was gorgeous, the food was incredible, and the level of service from the staff was outstanding.

A few members of staff really deserve a special mention. William, who looked after us by the pool, was exceptional. He was incredibly quick and efficient, always friendly and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Onesmus, at the Italian restaurant, was another standout. On our very first night, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even helped arrange a bite to eat for us. He was so helpful, friendly and genuinely caring, and that first impression really stayed with us throughout our stay.

And finally, a huge thank you to Consolata, the Guest Relations Manager. She was simply amazing. She has such a lovely, warm nature and really knows how to make guests feel welcomed and valued. She was incredibly helpful, attentive and approachable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the guest experience.

The whole team at Sarova Whitesands were fantastic, and it’s the people who really make a beautiful hotel even more special. From the gorgeous room and amazing food to the exceptional hospitality, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay.

We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarova Whitesands to anyone visiting Mombasa. Thank you to the entire team, and especially William, Onesmus and Consolata, for making our stay so memorable!

Had a brilliant time and my toddler loved it even more.
Pros:

Loved the fact they really have alot for toodlers and the food for them too is so well catered for. That really made it super special for me also not forgetting 0-3 years old eat for free and the chefs make everything around their needs.

loved the vibe and energy there through staff. definitely coming back in less than a month.

Cons:

I feel that the rooms could be refurbished and made alitte brighter as it would give it a beautiful feel altogether.

Fabulous and near perfection.
Pros:

Conveniently located off the beach and with good access to Nyali.
Staff were friendly and always willing to help, polite and courteous.
The food on offer was of a wide variety and catered for our every need - we were a group of 16!

Cons:

The roads leading to the property are still under construction. Not a fault of the property itself and this affects all properties along this stretch of beach.

Relaxing and beautiful location. Clean and very friendly staff, my family’s favorite destination in Mombasa.
Pros:

Cleanliness, the staff were friendly and polite especially to my elderly mother.

Cons:

The monkeys, are so interesting to watch, but they have become fearless of humans there was monkey droppings in the hallway. Our parked breakfast was disappointing, compared sit with another couple at the SGR.
