Für eine Nacht sehr gut.
Pros:

Es ist neu. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zwar Ikea Möbel aber schön.
Gute Fahrradgarage und Lademöglichkeit. Waschmaschinen und Trockner vorhanden.

Cons:

Vom Personal habe ich keinen gesehen. Nur ein Herr der nur Italienisch sprach. Die Unterkunft musste vor Ort bezahlt werden.
Die Ausziehbetten im Wohnraum sind sehr unbequem.
Es gab kein Frühstück zum dazu buchen. Waren dann im Dorfladen in Gastein.
Es ist sehr laut an der Straße.

Net en compleet appartement. Fietsen mochten binnen staan en we konden een wasje draaien.

Cons:

Sigarettenrook van benedenburen trekt helaas naar binnen en ze waren ook te luidruchtig. Inchecken ging moeizaam.

Super sauber, gute Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder, netter Empfang.

Cons:

Etwas abseits von gastronomischen Einrichtungen wenn man kein Auto dabei hat.

Pros:

positiv war die große des Zimmers und die tolle Dusche und das Bad. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. kostenloser großer Parkplatz. Zentral gelegen zwischen Bad Gastei und Bad Hofgastein.
Die Küche war super ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Geschirrspüler. In einem extra Raum gab es eine prima Waschmaschine.

Cons:

Das versprochene Internet war eigentlich nicht vorhanden. ich musste mir eine mobile eSim-Karte von MobiMatter kaufen um überhaupt Internet zu haben. Die Fernseher haben die Möglichkeit theoretisch Netflix, YouTube Prime zu empfangen, aber da auch die Internetqualität gegen null ging, konnten ich das nicht nutzen. Mikrowelle sollte vorhanden sein, fehlte aber. Trockner sollte vorhanden sein, war aber kaputt. Die Ausstattung war eigentlich prima, der Trockner aber von der Firma Candy, da hatte man anscheinend gespart, wenn er schon defekt war.

Pros:

اعجبني كل شي في هذا الفندق من مرافق وغرفه واطلاله فائقة الجمال ونظافة المكان
وكل شي متوفر في الغرفه
مكان هادىء ولا يوجد ازعاج
وصاحب المكان تعامله جدا رائع وكان على تواصل معي الى حين وصولي الى الفندق والاطمئنان عليي

Es war sehr schön. Es hat mich sehr gefreut.

Die Beschreibung auf der Homepage suggerierte eine umfassendere Ausstattung als wir vorfanden. Vor allem täuschte das abgebildete Foto ein viel größeres Apartment vor.

Ajánlani tudom azoknak akik 3-4 napot szeretnének itt tölteni.

super gut! wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

lage ist super, am radweg und ortseingang bad bruck. ausblicke grandios. tolle ausstattung, neu und blitzesauber. es fehlte fast an nichts. wir waren eine woche zu gast und es wurde in der halbzeit das bettzeug und handtücher auf wunsch gewechselt. gute parkplatzsituation. fahrradabstellraum gleich am parkplatz und eingang.

Cons:

da es ein self-check-in ist, wäre klarere info gut. eine schriftliche begrüßung im appartement: wo ist die waschmaschine, wie oft werden handtücher/bettzeug gewechselt, wen kann man ansprechen, wo soll man wann bezahlen usw.
der vermieter/ hausmeister ist zwar immer da, gab sich aber nicht gleich als solcher zu erkennen. vllt wg der sprachbarriere.

wir mussten nachts die fenster schließen, da der springbrunnen im garten irre laut war. hätten wir aber sicher auch ansprechen können. wir haben uns für geschlosse fenster entschieden ;)
