Overall experience was very positive, thanks to the outstanding hospitality & relaxing environment
Pros:

The hotel is located in a peaceful setting and offers an excellent opportunity to relax between flights or enjoy a longer stay. The restaurant is outstanding, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of gluten-free options. We especially appreciated the opportunity to sample different types of local honey and jam, which were also available for purchase in the charming little shop. The swimming pool was exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the children were well supervised by a dedicated lifeguard. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Cons:

One area for improvement is the airport shuttle schedule. We would have appreciated the option to leave earlier for the airport, as long queues can occur during check-in and security procedures. Unfortunately, this flexibility was not available, and we ended up waiting in line for over an hour with a young child.

Didn’t have we left early for a flight

Cons:

Everything. Had 3 different nights there, different rm each time, all rooms had something different broken. It’s very run down, food was not great, not horrible but not good. Only good thing is it’s close to airport but there must be a better option. Also ladies in spa very rude, so/so massage. Go somewhere else.

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment au top, souriant disponible et agréable, merci on a passé un super séjour en famille.

Cons:

Piscine un froide pour les enfants. Petite panne lié a l équipement qui chauffe la piscine

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen und gut

Cons:

Ich habe bis zum Samstag, 18.7.26 gebucht, weil meine Rückreise in der Nacht auf Samstag war.
Aber am Donnerstag wurde mir mitgeteilt dass ich am 17.7.26 auschecken muss da das Zimmer wieder Reserviert wurde.
Das Hotel hat eigenständig meine Bestätigte Reservation umgebucht..
Meine Freundin die aus Madagaskar kommt, hätte gerne noch die Nacht dort geschlafen und gefrühstückt, aber das wurde verweigert...

Ich finde das absolut nicht in Ordnung, da die Reservation vom Hotel bestätigt wurde..
Und dann das Hotel Selbstständig ohne Rücksprache die Reservation währen des Aufenthaltes ändert.

Das Hotel hat ohne Rücksprache während meines Aufenthalts meine buchung geändert.

Meine Freundin die in Madagaskar wohnt hätte gerne noch die Nacht dort verbracht und gefrüstückt.
Aber das wurde verweigert.
