Très agréable , belle évasion au coeur de la ville
Pros:

Le buffet garni qui tenait compte des restrictions diététiques, la déco de la chambre qui offre une ambiance chaleureuse que j'aime beaucoup et l'accès au Spa illimité a vraiment fait valoir le tarif du séjour

Cons:

Nous avons demandé des chaises pour le patio et ce n'est jamais arrivé, on n'a pas insisté parce qu'on a jugé que ce n'était pas nécessaire finalement. Impossible d'utiliser les fonctionnalités SMART TV à cause de l'instabilité de la connexion internet

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Excellent emplacement. Le logement était très bien équipé, et très propre.
Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit, mais ne manquerons pas de recommander ce lieu et si nous devons y revenir, ce sera avec plaisir.

Comme d’habitude, au top!
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel est au-delà de ce qui est attendu. Petit déjeuner avec un grand choix salé et sucré. Bon restaurant!

Cons:

Il y a toujours des améliorations possibles mais cela n’affecte en aucun cas la qualité du séjour

Calme et sérénité
Pros:

Le relais des plateaux est parfaitement situé, à deux pas de l'aéroport, et la route kusqu'au centre de Tana est facilité par une rocade (hélas ça se dégrade en arrivant à proximité de la ville avec de monstrueux embouteillages). J'ai bénéficie d'une chambre spacieuse avec terrasse, avec tous les petits plus possibles, de l'eau fraîche, un assortiment de thés, de jolis produits de toilette. Autour de moi, un beau jardin fleuri.
Je souligne le magnifique buffet du petit déjeuner.
Et l'extrême gentillesse de tout le personnel.

Cons:

Des plats délicieux au restaurant, mais hélas un service trop lent et une difficulté à faire face à l'affluence.

Excellent value for money!
Pros:

Very close to the airport (5-10 min drive, depending on the traffic), the hotel organizes your pick up. The room is simple (I had the basic room) but has everything you need and everything is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is nice to enjoy some quiet time and, although I didn’t use the restaurant, it was full, so I would believe the food is good too (I had a cocktail and it was very nice).

Expectations exceeded.
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a trip around Madagascar. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, the room was exactly as pictured, very clean and with excellent facilities. The pool was thoroughly cleaned daily when we were there. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection of both continental and malagasy options. The restaurant was a lovely atmosphere and we were very impressed with the food and value for money, especially the plat du jours. And I have to mention the staff, who were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall would highly recommend, it felt like a bit of luxury!

Cons:

We had a mix up at the spa between activities we had booked and what was delivered, so just advise double checking before you start the treatment!

Hôtel Très Agréable à faire absolument même pour un long séjour
Pros:

L'Hôtel est à cote de l'aéroport ce qui est pratique pour ensuite partir ailleurs avec Madagascar Airlines , de plus la navette est gratuite.
La chambre faites tous tes jours et très propre.
L'accueil et le personnel en général sont très polis et souriant, les hôtesses au Spa sont agréables et souriantes Merci
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et les repas sont bons , merci au Chef
La piscine est au Top, nettoyer tous les jours avec un maitre nageur pour vos enfants et apprendre à nager.

Cons:

Juste une horloge au Spa, lorsque dans le Jacuzzi il y a la détente, le calme, je serais capable de rester plusieurs heures.
Mais il faut laisser la place aux autres.
