Lovely facility, wonderful staff, but the wet patch on the bed left a lot to be desired.

The facility was lovely, staff was wonderful.

Cons:

After a long day working into the early evening. I went to go to bed, but I was greeted by a lovely, smelly, "WET PATCH". It was disgusting. The insisted it was due to a deep clean. This was laughable, as it was clearly "WET" from the previous night's stay. My bed clothes were "wet" and "smelt". But, they eventually found me a replacement room and I was offered a free coffee for my troubles. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful and staff were lovely.

Pros:

Really fine buffet breakfast, with a large variety of options. They will cook sunny side up as well as poached eggs on request. Plenty of other cooked stuff, as well as fruit (cut and uncut), and cereals.

Cons:

Chromecast is available in the rooms, but it would have been nice to have Foxtel as well.
