No pool
We had a great stay.Food from room service was excellent, so tasty. Staff friendly (except one in the dining area at breakfast). Loved our stay.
Coffee machine in dining area kept breaking down and no Lactose free milk available, staff member said we have soy over there and walked off. Not impressed and I dont drink Soy milk. Our only complaint, everything else was fab.

Can’t fault the location or the rooms. It was spotless and staff were really friendly. Beds were comfortable and it was peaceful.
The only thing we weren’t too keen on was the breakfast. No English beans and the sausages weren’t to our taste. But there was a great selection of other foods too. We filled out bellies just fine.

The receptionist was so lovely and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how U supplied robes.
We did think we had booked for the Crowne in Adelaide which was a bit disappointing , but we made the best of it..Not a complaint but we got into the lift and it only went to the 4th floor, so thinking you should have clearer instructions on the lift so people don't make the same mistake so they know the lift will take U to the reception. Parking was a bit expensive but we thought your carpark was excellent. Also would have liked more coffee pods supplied.I dropped an earring and it landed under the bed, U need to vacuum under your beds. Would we stay with you again most definitely. Just a bit of constructive criticism just so you can keep your standards up to where they should be.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. It is a fantastic location for a quick or corporate stay.

The atmosphere in the bar area with the music was a nice touch.
The booking was for 4 people. The room had only 3 sets of towels and 2 glasses, and coffee cups.
I'm not sure why you wouldn't have enough items to suit the booking. We had multiple communications with staff to get the items.
The server was down on check in. The manner of staff was accusatory as if it was my card and there were not enough funds. I was asked multiple times if I had another card which I was not prepared to hand over knowing I had ample funds on my account to cover the fee. It was disappointing and went on for approx 20 minutes with other guests lining up and myself made to feel embarrassed by the questioning.
