Comfortable apartament, but limited assistance
Pros:

Confortable living room, wide spaces.

Cons:

No breakfast in the building, no WhatsApp number of the front desk. The gate of the parking lot was broken.

Value for money!
Pros:

It’s very close to a lot of restaurants and the housekeeping really does a good job. Apartment is spacious too.

Cons:

The aircon was not working properly so we couldn’t use it. The apartment was very cold.

Pros:

L'emplacement parfait pour aller au waterfront, très bien desservi par les taxi et uber. Un petit centre commercial a 2 minutes à pied.

Cons:

Le lit n'est pas très confortable mais on peut quand même bien se reposer.

Pros:

This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and very close to all the main attractions.

Cons:

However, the overall experience did not justify the price this time.

The room was quite cold at night in June as the air-conditioning heating function was ineffective. The toilet was not properly cleaned, and there were unexplained red stains on the bed sheets. Apart from the location, the facilities and overall condition were fairly average.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sicher und gut. Man kann zu Fuß zur Seapoint-Promenade laufen und ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war geräumig und man hat wenig von anderen Gästen mitbekommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte an der ein oder anderen Ecke renoviert werden. Die Straße direkt vor dem Haus, war auch nachts deutlich hörbar.
