We went to the hotel for a night to visit the second day of Padre Pio's tomb. The rooms were lovely, fresh, clean, and had everything we needed. We had breakfast with lots of buffet options and the gentleman that was taking care of rhe tables and buffet was lovely, asking I we wanted coffee from the bar and brought it to our table, although there was a coffee machine available.All was perfect.

Eccellente esperienza, una piacevole riconferma dopo sei anni!Torno per la seconda volta in questo hotel dopo sei anni dalla mia prima visita, confermando un'esperienza d'eccellenza costante nel tempo. Siamo stati alloggiati nella struttura nuova, una novità moderna e bellissima, anche se l'edificio principale è ancora in uso. La struttura offre anche un ampio parcheggio all'aperto gratuito, molto comodo, e un pratico servizio di noleggio biciclette per esplorare la zona. Il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo ovunque.La camera era molto grande, con un comodo minibar e un angolo per preparare bevande calde. Il bagno era pulitissimo e dotato di un ottimo pannello doccia idromassaggio. La pulizia di tutto l'ambiente è davvero rigorosa. Lo staff è fantastico: sempre sorridente, empatico e pronto a risolvere ogni problema all'istante.La colazione viene servita nella nuova struttura, mentre la formula per il pranzo e la cena si svolge nel primo edificio. La proposta gastronomica si distingue per precisione tecnica ed equilibrio dei sapori: un doveroso plauso allo Chef. Il servizio di sala è impeccabile e preparato nel consigliarti i piatti. Nota di merito finale per l'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, decisamente competitivo per il livello dell'offerta. Una certezza assoluta!

Il personale è gentile ed è’ molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Sono stata accolta benissimo, ottimi i servizi, cucina buonissima e colazione super abbondante.

Pokój czysty,sprzątany, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, łóżka wygodne. Śniadanie ok,można się najeść, toster,szynka i ser żółty,płatki do mleka i dużo słodkich przysmaków,typowych dla włoskich śniadań.

Niestety prysznic trochę uszkodzony, woda ledwo leciała. Pozostałe rzeczy były ok.
